I sincerely appreciate the time Dr Goodroad took with me and my special needs puppy. While he's not my first puppy, he's got different needs. Dr G explains things completely so you have an understanding of why to do things, and what not to do. I love that and it's greatly appreciated. You never feel like your pet is just another patient.

I like the Drs and the rest of the employees. They take care of my pets with love and gentleness and the cost of services is reasonable. I'm treated with respect as a person with knowledge of animal care and being open to new information.

The staff even though they had 2 other emergencies 20 minutes before they closed on a Friday they still treated us with the same importance as the other emergencies!

I cannot say enough good things about Northern Paws. Clean, quiet, and well organized. The health and well-being of the animals comes first. The time needed is taken to bring the best outcome for the animal patients. All the staff are competent and caring. I am always sure that the best is being done for my fur baby!

Easily made an appointment on the app. The appointment went well — it was probably the quickest I’ve ever been in & out of the office. Thank you for always taking great care of our pups!

The BEST facility and staff around. The entire team at Northern Paws are very caring, knowledgeable, and go beyond expectations. They're also very sympathetic individuals and take the time to make sure you and your pets are comfortable with their visits/needs. (even my five "dangerous dog breeds" have been welcomed here for several years now.) I definitely recommend everyone have their animal's health cared for by Dr. Stephanie Sosniak and Dr. Raymond Goodroad.

Staff is always friendly, kind, and professional. Facility is clean and modern. My dog receives great, thorough care. I've been taking my dogs here for almost 20 years.

We cannot begin to tell you how very much we appreciate each and every one of you for all of the compassionate care you provided to our Princess Tia over the years. Because of all you did we were able to enjoy life with her for 15 plus years. While she had many challenging issues throughout her life you helped us to try to keep her in the best health as possible allowing us to create more memories with Tia. For this you cannot begin to imagine how very thankful we are.
Thank you so very much for helping us assist Tia to cross the rainbow bridge to doggie heaven in such a peaceful manner.

Northern Paws consistently provides quality care. The doctors & staff are the only ones I have trusted to take care of my pets for many years!

They were very very good! They cared and got us in the same day! My dog was very sick and they are now my regular vet for all 3 of my dogs. Highly recommend them😊

After my initial visit, I had some questions due to my did behavior so I called and left a message. I got 2 follow up calls to clear up the questions I had. The Doctor and the assistants were VERY helpful.

The best of the best! Dr. Goodroad has done two ACL repairs for my dogs. Dr. Stephanie brought my Shepard back to life after he was attacked by another dog. The only vets I'll trust with my animals!
