I love this dentist office. The staff always make me feel safe and cared for, which is not something I can say for most dentist offices Ive been to. As someone with severe anxiety, especially around dental care, it is extremely rare to find a dentist that can keep me relaxed throughout the visit every time. This is the only dentist I will go to.

I had a good experience at Open Door. They were able to get me in very quickly for dental work and were very accommodating for my dental needs while traveling. The place seemed fairly well equipped with newer equipment and tech. The staff was personable and friendly. Some of the best dental shots I've received which were well prepped, reassuring, and done with care. Thanks!

Customer service and care are phenomenal, every interaction my family and I have had has always been positive and genuine. We have had to deal with countless dental offices trying to perform additional procedures to rack up insurance payments but this it the only place that has given us the opportunity to pick and choose which procedures to perform without being pushy. We will definitely be coming here for all our dental work for as long as we need to.

I had a FABULOUS experience at Open Door Dentistry. I had a long procedure done and I was pleasantly surprised, I felt like I was the only patient they were concerned about. AND, my results were AWESOME. I could not be happier with the results. SERIOUSLY, I highly recommend this office.😁

Had some irritation in the back of my mouth so I called for an appointment. They were able to work with my limited schedule and got me in quickly. I knew it would be a short visit, and Dr Murdock got me in an out within minutes. No more irritation. I drive over from the coast and am glad to make the trip for the amazing service I get here.

Went in for a broken crown and to address my dental needs. The staff were amazing, friendly, and understanding. The dentist himself was incredibly knowledgeable and just as concerned for my teeth as I was. We worked up a treatment plan and started the ball rolling on correcting my years of neglect. Front desk staff were kind put together a detailed breakdown of costs and treatment. Amazing. Thank you!

Amazing office. They took me right in when I was having post op problems with the my wisdom tooth holes and took great care of me. Explained everything I needed to know precisely and clearly. And the dental assistant was just absolutely lovely. Great people. Great service. 100% open door family dentistry.

I am a regular patient and I was able to get an appointment within 24 hrs. The dental assistant was friendly and knowledgeable. Because this was a semi emergency, I could not get my regular dentist. The dentist that examined me was also very friendly and professional. He examined me and prescribed a medication which, I am happy to say has given me some relief after the first dose.
When I checked out the friendly, courteous service continued. So going to the dentist, which is always negative for me wasn't too bad today.

I have been a client of open door dental fir about 15 years. They are incredible. Very caring, very courteous, very professional , Dr. MURDOCH is easy to talk to and he listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions. They are the best.

The Drs and staff here are friendly, efficient, and highly skilled. You can tell that they truly care about their patients and do their best to make sure you are comfortable and heal fast. I highly recommend them to everyone

Went in scared to death because of a previous experience with a tooth extraction. Dr. Bailey is fast, professional, and did not seem put off at all by my nervousness. The work was done quickly and it felt like they were friends. I'm actually looking forward to seeing them all again. I seriously could not believe how fast and almost painless the whole thing was.

Best dental experience of my life. Leslie at the front desk was amazing above and beyond helpful. Everyone I spoke with was kind. And all of this was after I called with an emergency toothache and they got me in same day and extracted it. Everyone here was amazing.

I had a hole in a tooth and I was in and out of the office in an hour. The dental assistant took x rays, the dentist looked at them and the tooth and said he could take care of it right then; he said it looked like an old filling had come out.. . The assistant got everything ready and the dentist filled the tooth, no novocaine needed. Very pleased with the service. Never been in & out of a dental office with a tooth filled so quickly.

Went In as an emergency visit 3/14 and got treated with the upmost respect. Dr Murdock took the time to go through everything that was an issue & explain why I was in pain and actually took me seriously. I am so grateful I was treated so well. I was told by a on call dentist that morning for my excruciating pain ti go to the ER. I will pay out of locket from now on to go to the best practice around. Thank you open door and all your staff that took time to help me and to the hygienist who also cleaned my teeth well and was slow because of my sensitivity.

Everyone is super nice and helpful. The dental assistant rocked. The hygienist was type A and very particular. I loved that. Great cleaning. And the doctor was very kind, very gentle, and hesrd my needs and addressed them. The financial team was kind and excellent. And no pressure! Just want to help. 5 stars!
