In this day and age it's such a pleasure to get good service. The cashier Adrian was so nice and helpful. I hope he stays there as so many stores have a big turnover. Also the copy center there is great. Very helpful. And I have sent back Amazon packages with no problems! Great customer service!

Went to Staples this am, which I hardly ever do because the copy center is usually backed up and hard to navigate. However I was surprised to find "Samantha" a super helpful and extremely knowledgable employee. She excused herself from a customer she was working with, while the customer filled out something. Coming over and helping me. Wow! As a past manager/Owner of businesses I'm impressed to see this customer oriented, multitasking, pleasent, knowledgeable and extremely competent employee in an area she obviously takes pride in. So pay are attention management. Give the kudos she deserves. Good employees are to find. So keep her!

An hour before closing, Mr. Valentine helped my 8-year-old transform her drawings into original Valentine's Day cards. Now, the kids in her class, the school-bus driver, and even the principal will receive an original and beautifully rendered Valentine's Day card. Thank you, Sir. You are a media-maestro with savvy skills and a kind heart. That means so much these days. Also, I got a good deal on some HP XL printer cartridges.

I went into Staples at this location in Grants Pass yesterday on 05/11/2021 and brought in 6 pages to be laminated for labels that I'm making. I asked the employee at the time if the lamination would remain sealed after being cut with the paper cutter and he said that they would be. I came in today to pick up my order and asked the same question to a different employee just to make sure. Travis is the one I spoke with today. He was very upfront and honest with me and let me know that in order to guarantee the seal, the papers should have been cut first and then laminated after. He took the time to show me an example and made sure to correct my order and make it right. He apologized even though he was not the one who made the mistake. Travis is very professional, courteous and has amazing customer service skills. He knows what he is doing and does it well. I was so impressed that I tried to give him a $10 tip, but he wouldn't accept it. I will definitely be coming back to Staples when I need office work done because of Travis. I hope his manager and other "higher ups" see his hard work and dedication and remind him what a great job he is doing, and hopefully give him a gift card as a thank you since I couldn't give him a cash tip.

Had a great experience! Went in to return some Amazon packages and after a stressful week trying at other locations, Robert made our experience quick and fun. He was kind and understanding and was amazing with my young child.
All the staff was helpful and nice. Everyone was following protocols and the environment was clean. Definitely come here for all your shipping and office needs.

I Needed a 11x17 Color print as soon as possible. Ken and his Team did an amazing job, getting that accomplished. They went the extra effort to get it when I needed it, and it came out better than I had thought. Ken went Above and Beyond my Expectations, thanks ken , thanks Staples

Frank in the print center was amazing today. I had a large format banner to print for my business and while helping me they made sure everyone was helped to the best of their ability. Letting them know they'll be right there, etc. As a previous Print Manager of 3 years at another print shop I would love to have this person on my print team. Thank you Frank for your service in the print world.
Also, if you are needing Legal Forms and or a Notary head to MailBox Plus on 6th and Manzanita. They are all Oregon based forms not generic and always have a notary on staff. 22 years inBusiness.

Ashly, manager of the processing center, is great. She is knowledgeable and service oriented. I needed to resolve a tracking issue with UPS and she took charge of the situation by working with UPS to find a solution. The problem was fixed the next day.

I don't even know where to beging to talk about just how absolutely fantastic your Copy Center representative Frank is. Words like professional, kind, curteous, knowledgable don't even seem to scratch the surface. What an absolute gem of a human. I came into Staples with a very sensitive project. I always get wonderful service there, but I was still nervous about it. I waited a short time in line while this rockstar of a CSR was greeting customers, answering the phone, helping the UPS guy, helping someone pick out a business card all at the same time and made it seem effortless. I mean the ENERGY that must have taken...and Frank did it with a smile and totally upbeat attitude. Frank went WAY above and beyond for me with my project. I am so glad Frank was there to save the day. I am blown away! He made a very tough project/situation into a very good memory.

Recently I have needed several print jobs done for the small non-profit where I am employed. Ashley has been a lifesaver in getting those done! Today's experience at the store was the best yet.

Professional service even under pressure. Made a stop in to fax some docs and they were very busy with UPS down etc. Everyone handles themselves exceptionally to get all customers taken care of.
