Best Western Inn At The Rogue

The staff made our stay so much pleasant even under our stressful circumstances. I felt very welcome from all of the staff super friendly and helpful. The General manager even came out to check on us as we were getting ready to leave. It would have been easy to dismiss us in our circumstances instead the staff was kind and compassionate.

We thought we had booked the motel in grants pass but when we arrived at our destination we realized it was in rogue River hesitant we checked in anyways and we were so glad that we did. This motel offers peace and serenity from the busyness of grants pass he were welcomed by so many smiles and hellos from all of the staff, they were constantly cleaning and organizing. The pool was nice and clean and the hot tub was perfect temperature. I love that the breakfasts were from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. a little bit more time for not so much the early riser. The beds were nice and firm overall just a really good stay! We will definitely be back.

Good service, nice staff. Rooms are clean enough. There is a great little Mexican restaurant over the bridge called Tarasco Mexican Restaurant. Food was good, really liked the staff!

Rooms are consistently clean. No mysterious trash or anything found in the rooms. I've stayed here a few times, and it doesn't disappoint.

Not a bad spot to spend New Year’s Eve. Price was right. Tub room was perfect. Staff were real kind.

We had a great experience at this location. The room was CLEAN and comfortable. The staff was very attentive, welcoming, and friendly. Hot breakfast and suprisingly good coffee in the lobby. We have no complaints.

The staff is excellent. Friendly and efficient. The room was cleaned to perfection every day of our stay. The front desk was equally as qualified and friendly. Thank you all so much to help our stay in Rogue City. Also, as an electric car owner, there are free charging stations near the entrance.

Walking distance to many things, I always have an amazing time here. Great breakfast, I got the hot tub room and am so glad I did!! Great pool, wonderful service and right near the river. My favorite place to stay in medford/grants pass

Breakfast in the mornings was superb, the rooms were super comfy amd the t.v. channel selection was vast. They let us in the hot tub even though it was winter with the pool closed, awesome! Workout room was a little bit dated but it wasn't bad. Very friendly staff. Loved our stay.

A cut above other Best Westerns where we have stayed recently. Large, well laid out rooms. Table-desk, nice for eating in room. Actual good coffee (local roaster) in the breakfast area. Plates & silverware (not paper) for service. Close to I-5 but quiet. Will definitely stay again when passing through this area.

Super staff! Came here with my kids over Thanksgiving. Every single staff, especially housekeeping were unbelievably friendly and took extra care of our room, and made sure we were enjoying our stay. The breakfast was top notch! Comfortable and clean, definitely coming back.

This was one of my fav experiences with a motel. It was soo clean I had a 6week old puppy with me I wasn’t afraid to put on the floor. People were nice to me and my larger more sorta obnoxious dog. The top blanket was white and clean on the bed. If I ever drive that far again that’s where we’re staying👍🏼love me love my dogs love this place🤙🏼thanks

The rooms could use an upgrade and the hot tub needs fixed but the staff made up for all that. Extended our stay several times while we finished our business with no problems. All staff were friendly and helpful. Great bunch of people.

I have been driving all day and I was tired. Liam helped me get a room and since he saw me having a hard time walking, he checked for the best deal he can find for me on the first floor. When I asked him where I can eat, he told me Abby's is nearby but they deliver as well so if I don't want to drive to eat, I can just have it delivered. Liam really went the extra mile in making sure my stay was comfortable. He was a very nice and helpful young man.

Staff is extremely helpful and accomodating. Gift bag for my pup was a special touch. Rooms clean. Good location off I-5.

I was there for 4 day/nights. My room was great! Big, comfy, clean, it had all of the amenities, and I felt safe. The morning breakfast was super yummy, with lots of options and the area is well kept. The staff here is wonderful! Always ready to help and with a smile. And yes you can tell, even under the mask! Lol. It is right next to a convenience store and a really good Mexican restaurant. I absolutely recommend this Best Western Inn! When I come back to visit I will definitely be staying here. 😊

The rooms were clean and smelled fresh. Customer service was excellent. Lots of breakfast choices. We always stay at Best Western but we noticed they changed biscuits and gravy. That was a bit disappointing being we always look forward to those two items at Best Western. I recommend them always.

Had a room with a jacuzzi tub. While the tub was old, it was clean. The water came out extremely fast, so you didn’t have to wait forever to soak. Beds were comfortable, room stayed cold. Good breakfast. Overall, great hotel with friendly staff.

FYI if you do come here and are disabled, there are stairs to the second floor. No elevator and there are no sliding glass doors. I had to help a man open the door to the main entrance as he was struggling.

Pick this best western over the one 2 miles south on 5.
