Paisano's Italian Kitchen

This little Italian place’s food makes up for the small location and atmosphere. The food is absolutely amazing, and you can tell there is an attention to detail to the flavors of each dish. I don’t live locally, but having come here a few times when visiting family, this is THE spot I have to visit each time I’m in Rogue River. Staff are friendly and courteous, wait is minimal, food is excellent and I have never finished the generous portions given. If you’re in Rogue River, this is an excellent spot to check out. Just be ready for a food coma! Their food is rich, hearty, and before you know it, you’ll be full and still wanting to nibble at what you have left! I recommend the spicy pesto!

Stopped in here for lunch on a lark (and on a recommendation from family local to the area) and boy am I glad I did! I ordered the basil pesto pasta dish with chicken added and it's was absolutely delicious and fresh. You could tell the pesto was fresh and homemade, the garlic bread was on point too.

At one point I overheard the owner telling some other guests about the family photos on the wall and it sounded like this family friendly restaurant has some great roots. You won't be disappointed coming here, can't wait to return. 😋

Dined here last night for my moms birthday. What a gem! Food was outstanding, tasted very authentic. All employees are very knowledgeable of their dishes and were extremely kind. They even gave us a dessert on the house to celebrate her birthday. Will be coming back again and again!

Wow. Hidden gem. Ordered at the counter, sit and have it brought to you. Good service. Food really tasty. Had the antipasta plate for an appetizer and the spicy shrimp gnocchi as a main. The antipasta was fantastic as well as the gnocchi

This place has been in business since I worked at rays back in 06’ they have excellent food! Like the Alfredo,! They have delicious pasta! It’s all made from scratch and family owned. Make sure you get a treat for take home.
Try the gooey cake or the cheesecake

Forgot to post about this place ages ago but here it is🥳 super delicious and well priced lunch specials. Very authentic and lots of other stuff to check out here. Highly recommend lasagna or sausage sandwich

My wife and I ordered two fifty fifty, meat ball and Italian sausage subs. Wow they were so so good. Definitely home cooked Italian, and the bread was mmm,mmm, good. Great spot and a must go to restaurant.

Best sandwich I’ve ever had to this day. It’s always so refreshing and delicious. I crave it all the time, and it’s always the same amazing quality without fail.

Although they were very busy they tried hard to get our food to us!! The owner checked on us a couple times.. The gluten free garlic bread is AMAZING..

I love this place, it is small and quaint. I visit every time I'm in Grants Pass. They have a great variety of home made Italian fare and desserts which are always fresh and delicious.

Today was a specially awesome day! I had a long day, but when I got there I was greeted by Erica, who was very friendly and kind. She gave me the lowdown on specials and what she recommends.
Service was super, the meal amazing and I even purchased some marinara and my favorite dessert to take home with me.

It's very popular with the locals, they have both lunch and dinner specials and a good selection of soft drinks, as well both beer and wine. Buon appetito!

Best food in the Rogue Valley! It is a must stop. I've been going here for 6 years and it is still amazing 👏

Hidden Sapphire.. You order at the counter then take a seat wherever. The food was the outstanding. Spaghetti & meatballs, the Lasagna, both great portions and very reasonable prices. Wine selection, service, menu options available, all around just exceptional.

I never ate pasta for years and then I moved to Rogue River and tried this place. Its wonderful and worth a trip even for the non pasta eaters. Make sure to get a glass of red wine and eat the chocolate cake with it prior to the pasta. You only live once ❤😁

Very good but a bit pricy. The portion was huge. I had the mess for $18.95. There's 2 1/4 pound meatballs and a half pound of Italian sausage with marinara and meat sauces in this with a pound of spaghetti noodles. The service was awesome, the wait staff was attentive and was ready to answer any question I had. I'll be back.

First visit for us and we will go back. I am disabled and was unable to stand in a line that never let up, they were busy. The staff brought the keypad to me so I could pay. I really appreciate that.

Absolutely amazing food! We are definitely coming back! Meat ravioli, lasagna, and gnocchi were all made by someone very skilled.

This has been my absolute favorite mom and pop Italian restaurant. I love the atmosphere, the family, all of it. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. And the food is SO good. Definitely come with an empty stomach lol and don't forget to get a slice of bread pudding!

The good at Paisano's is soooo good! Great Italian food and at a great price point too. We order "The Mess" which is a huge pile of spaghetti with red sauce and two 1 pound meatballs. It feeds my family of 4 with ease. For dessert the chocolate gooey cake is amazing. Rich, delicious chocolate cake that will make you crave it over and over. The service is always awesome. The seating area is pretty small but very intimate. Not really my cup of tea, but I could see how some people would enjoy that. If you're traveling through or you live in the Rogue Valley, I highly suggest giving Paisano's a try.

This place is the best restaurant in town and could be the best Italian place I’ve ever been to. The tomato soup is unbelievable. Try the Arancini as well, worth the wait. Their sauces are so killer. You will not be disappointed. I don’t like bread pudding either but their white chocolate berry is amazing!
