I had a great experience with Pam at RiteAid. She was helpful and efficient in sorting out my insurance and getting my wife's medication quickly. Pam's knowledge and attention to detail were impressive. I highly recommend RiteAid and Pam for their excellent customer service.

I don't know why the ratings are so low here. The prices are super affordable, the pharmacy is always on top of things and the customer service is amazing. I would give 10 stars if I could.

We’ve been going to this Rite aid for all our prescriptions and immunizations for 15 years. They are always kind and professional 👍

Not my normal pharmacy, but mine didn't have the breathing meds I needed asap, but rite aid did. The lady there not only was kind and helpful, but could hear my breathing issues and fear. She did the everything in her power to rush it though to get me the medication I needed. Reiterate, not my pharmacy, but this one experience was enough to convince me to switch my entire family over there. Wish I knew her name, but today she was my angel💗 And for those complaining about how long things are taking, find a pharmacy in town that won't do that? Keep u on hold, hang up on u, etc. This pandemic has affected the entire med field, including pharmacies. Walmart, Fred Meyers, Walgreens, Safeway, you'll find the same issues everywhere. Give them a break and remember they werent like this before and will get better.

Always have my meds ready, because the computer calls and sends me a txt. Love this feature. Sames me time and I appreciate that. Plus, the store is always clean and never crowded. The employees are super friendly and its location is in between my home and work, which makes it really convenient to stop in there whenever I need to. Could you ask for more than that? Me neither, five stars.

They are very kind and knowledgeable. When I had a problem they did not quit until I was satisfied. I will always recommend and be their customer. They are so nice. I cannot believe what others are saying. Every time I’ve gone in there they have been friendly, nothing less.
