Great variety of matcha drinks and coffee! The owner/barista was super friendly, beautiful scenic location with views of the ocean for some sunny sips on a San Diego afternoon. Would definitely come back again!

The menu is very varied. They have several options to choose from and the service was fast.

They have games like ping pong and cornhole.

The matcha we had was super delicious.

Such a cute little coffee shop at the top of Del Mar Plaza! Great view of the ocean with a cooling breeze. Great place to come work or hang with friends as there is plenty of open seating with shade. I had a great barista named Becca who made my coffee and gave great suggestions on what to order. I will be stopping back in!

I enjoyed my black coffee! It was a lighter roast, quite smooth, with a quality far beyond what you might find in any old coffee shop. My beau had a smoothie. I stole a sip when he wasn’t looking. It was tasty! The coconut was not overwhelming, which can often be the case if not mixed well. The view of the ocean was the cherry on top. Window shopping Del Mar’s million dollar homes was sobering.

My new favorite place. The BEST chai latte I have ever had, not exaggerating. The baristas are so sweet and welcoming, and I leave with my heart (and stomach) full. The Encinitas location is conveniently located right off the freeway, AND is a drive thru. Will be back 100 more times. 10/10 recommend. #entry #yum

Kini coffee is my go-to coffee shop in San Diego! The baristas are so nice and and they make delicious drinks! There is a really nice seating area with an ocean view. My favorite is the Morgan. It’s a lavender matcha latte with vanilla cold foam. Super yummy!!

Out of towner from Portland who tries to get to San Diego as often as possible and no trip is complete without at least one visit to Kini Koffee. Whether it is first thing in the morning to get the day going or a mid afternoon pick me up, this place is the best. Awesome coffee, amazing service, and a beautiful view, what more could you want!

Love this place. Great sitting area to drink your coffee and enjoy the ocean view. Also the coffee is good. My almond milk latte was hot, very creamy, and strong. Customer service is great. Definitely will be back to support this small business.

I tried the cinnamon toast latte. Honestly best coffee I've ever had barista was the sweetest !🙂 There's a gorgeous view of the ocean plenty of space to sit . Wish I lived in the state so I could enjoy it more often !

Hands down my favorite coffee spot! The drinks are all amazing! I’ve tried most of the menu at this point and you really can’t go wrong. It’s also great that there are some fun options for my kiddos as well.

Kini Coffee is the best! I don't know how they do it, but their drinks are so much better than anyone around. The bonus is that Jewell and all of the crew always greet you with a smile and a welcoming attitude. I have become a regular now!

Kini Koffee is the best place for coffee in San Diego, no contest. Every single employee I’ve interacted with there has been so helpful and sweet, even offering to let us sample a nitro cold brew before my boyfriend bought it to make sure he liked it.(spoiler- he loved it) The parking availability is great and the view from the stand is AMAZING. This is a beautiful and delicious spot for coffee with your friends, or a super cute morning date spot.

This place is so good. It’s on the top floor of the Del Mar plaza. It’s near a big lawn with games and lounge chairs and live music. The girls working at the place were so nice and the service was great. The drink are really good and very aesthetic. Although it is a little expensive so just be prepared for that.

i LOVE Kini Koffee so much! The coffee, the service is amazing. I love that they are run by women. The Kini baristas are so creative and are willing to make you exactly what you like and are always coming up with innovative and creative beverages. You should make this your regular coffee spot!
