Hearing Advantage is definitely the place to go in Rhinelander WI. The staff are all very friendly and they are very throall which I really appreciated and they made accommodations for me because I work until 4 and they close at 4:30. I would highly recommend Hearing Advantage to anyone who has hearing concerns.

My mother was forced into keeping her hearing aids (cost $6000!!!) by Jesse (owner,) even though she asked to return them after 2 weeks of use. Jesse forcefully conned her into "keep wearing them, it takes a while to adjust." By the time I could visit there with my mom, it was 5 days more passed their return policy, "per signed agreement..." Blah blah blah!!! Don't go to this place, they will pressure sell the most expensive hearing aids possible, and now my mom has $6000 hearing aids that don't work!

Over priced and lied to about the price of hearing aids. It was like talking to a used car salesman. It was not fully refundable even though I tried to return them when I found out the finances of the deal and unhappy. No other hearing aids where shown. Buyer beware!! Particularly if you are unable to pay for the hearing aids in full and not completely happy about the instruments.
