TownePlace Suites by Marriott St. George

Overall positive for a 3-star hotel, you get what you pay for. Room was clean and quiet. Simple continental breakfast with a couple of hot options - nothing fancy, but good in a pinch. If you are picky or expecting more, you can dine in any of the restaurants nearby or make your own breakfast in your kitchenette. Coin op laundry on the first floor.

The hotel was perfect, we had a room with two bedrooms for the price of one room with two beds. My son and daughter in law took one room. I took the other and we didn't bother each other with the snoring. I don't snore anyway, just sayin. The location was perfect for our needs. Thanks a bunch.

Shayla is such a great person. I had an issue with the room that I was given, she trade me rooms with no hassle. She is by far the best part of this hotel. I’m here for 4 days and each day I have come back and she has a big smile on her face and is just a great person. Rooms are clean and in good shape. Continental breakfast could be a little better but isn’t bad. Thanks Shayla for making my stay here pleasant.

Great view from the top floor of the hotel out over the city. The staff was amazing and very professional. Food was outstanding with actual breakfast items such as waffles and breakfast sandwiches.

The rooms were spectacular; super clean and spacious. Got the two bedroom and can easily accommodate 6 people. Only issue was the tiny trash cans in the room can barely hold anything above a couple water bottles.

The lobby even has a list of activities for all ages and recommendations to do throughout the cities. Has a grill you can use as well as items such as games to borrow while you stay.

Tofu, the front desk receptionist, was awesome. She was very accommodating and helpful with our room check in process.
We definitely wish the pool was open for the holiday weekend stay but we were glad to hear the spa was still working,

I forgot my beloved earrings at this place, at first I was really disappointed because they told me they didn't have them, even though I provided details on the location. Days later they contacted me saying they will ship them back to me. That instantly changed my mood. I always stay with Marriott Bonvoy Hotels, and in my past experiences they never get back to you with lost items. I've forgotten BIGGER items in VIV Hotel in Anaheim, CA and also at AC Downtown Los Angeles and they never got back to me. This place must have a great manager because this response was very amazing. Thank you!

Breakfast was the only down fall, items were gone by 9am, no coffee. But the room and hotel staff were amazing.

We stayed at this particular hotel before several years ago. The rooms are nice and updated. The staff is friendly. We were unimpressed with the breakfast that is included as a part of the service. We decided instead to seek breakfast elsewhere and skip the hotel's offering.

The kitchenette is really cool. It has dishes and pans if you're there for a while.

This was one of the best equipped, cleanest, most relaxing hotel stays ever.

The suite was a real treat. Microwave, cooktop, fridge, coffee, tea, outdoor bbq, bbq utensils, spices, pool, hot tub. It was all great!

Only curiosity, is how booking directly through Hotel, it would have been more expensive for the same room, then using a third party. Saved $30 by using a third party site, so the Hotel lost the room fee, and payed them a fee. That seems like bad business to me.

I had a great stay here in January. The staff were very friendly, recognized my Titanium Elite status, and upgraded me to a larger room. Breakfast was basic, but passable (the property should consider adding oatmeal as a daily offering).

All in all, a solid choice at the price, and worth a look if you need a place in the area.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Rooms are comfortable and the kitchenette is stocked with some essentials which was nice. The pool was the perfect temperature and was really fun especially at night with the lights. The workout equipment was nice and new. We will be staying here again.

I'm a bad guest. I have stayed here several times and have never rated them. Evertime I stay here I get an upgraded room and snacks in my room. The really take care of guests with high Marriott status. The employees are always friendly. I have had over 200 nights of Marriott nights this year and this is the most consistent Marriott properties .

We got the room 302 suite. It was awesome. 1 king in a dedicated room, 1 queen in a dedicated room, a bathroom, kitchen, and living room with pull out bed. Worked great for our bigger family. Friendly. Very clean. Decent (considering) breakfast. No issues. Would definitely do it again.

Marriot never disappoints. Our room was neat and clean. The sheets and towels all smelled nice and fresh. In the suite it has everything we needed. Utensils, pots, dishes and cleaning supplies. One thing I love is that the hot water turns on pretty fast in the room.
The hot tub outdoor was at a great temperature and the pool was also heated and warm, we enjoyed them during our winter stay. Staff was nice and helpful. Will definitely come back in the future.

Our stay was nice and without any problems. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was actually great and better than most similar tier Marriotts. You can tell they took care into making the breakfast special and not just keeping up with Marriott's minimum breakfast standards.

There were many Marriott to choose from, as a titanium elite member I can say this was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed and that was due to the staff. Tanya was amazing!!! Everyone was delightful from the gal who took our phone call to inquire about the hotel as well as the Night Shift gentleman. They went above and beyond with smiles and care to make sure our stay was above and beyond what any hotel you’re usually does. We have stayed at Ritz Carlton’s that could take a lesson from these service oriented joyful genuine caring staff.

2021: Pictures of current breakfast offerings as of July 2, 2021. Stay was consistent with last time although I do note some wear and tear in furnishings but still worth it to have a separate room from my kids.
2019: Our room was clean. The pool looks nice. Great for families. The staff was nice. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean with a nice kitchen area. Pool is really nice and the hot tub is huge, it's like another pool. The included breakfast was excellent with staff keeping everything stocked and fresh. We'll definitely be back!
