Mayfair Animal Hospital & ER

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Mayfair Animal Hospital tonight! I rescued a very sick cat and was blown away by the level of service I received. The front desk staff was so friendly and kind, and they even had a phone charger I could borrow! The vet, Dr. Thaw, thoroughly explained everything going on and went over all the treatment options, making sure I was comfortable with the plan of action. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my decision to come here and this will be my ER of choice moving forward!

I went thru a traumatic experience with my dog. he was so sick and needed surgery.
it was poor timing. I felt so helpless and low. I didn't know what to do. I brought him here and immediately knew I made the right choice. These broads are amazing. I'll scream it from a mountaintop. I'll never go anywhere else. he's back to himself again

took my dog in to get a infected tooth pulled. was in and out in just about 2 1/2 hours as a walk in (no appointment) on a Sunday morning (including the surgery time!) my pup is recovering well, and the pricing was better than any other places I called around to. very happy with my experience

3/10/2024 - The entire staff from the front desk team to the medical technicians through to the doctors were incredibly helpful, caring, compassionate and professional in treating our 11 year old dog for 3 inch wound after being bitten. They worked from 6 -8pm on a Sunday night to treat our dog and were patient and considerate throughout the process with no sense of rushing or just getting throught the experience. We are very grateful!

It took too long for me to write a review. I should have years ago. This is the only place I will go while I live in the area. My dear fur family has been treated like solid gold even in their golden years. My dog tucker had epilepsy and they took care of him and got him nearly symptom free with treatment. He lived 11 years, which I think is awesome for a dog with epilepsy. My two cats lived long lives as well. And after they all passed over the rainbow bridge Mayfair animal hospital went out of their way to send sympathy cards handwritten from staff. I’ve now welcomed new family (a beautiful lab and tabby cat) in and they both get care from that same great staff. My babies love seeing the staff and give me a look like “see ya later I found a friend” when they meet the vet and vet techs. Such a loving and great group here.

took my kitten to the ER here- such a great staff! the receptionists amber & bre are wonderful. the techs and doctors are so knowledgeable and do the most to help! this isn’t our main vet but totally would consider switching here if we ever left our current vet! really good experience with them.

The doctors and staff took excellent care of my kittens during their neuter procedure. They were thorough, efficient, convenient, and friendly making the after care less stressful. Facilities are super clean and the follow up phone calls were a bonus.

I want to thank everyone at Mayfair Animal Hospital for their help with my cat. Having to take him in in an emergency, I didn't know what to expect. They were so kind and considerate with treating him. They took blood and started him on medications. It was determined he had high blood pressure, was going blind, was deaf and his kidneys were failing. After the results came back, they took the time to explain them to me. Unfortunately, it was determined he was not going to get better. I just want to thank everyone for the help, understanding and compassion they showed me and my buddy. Would recommend Mayfair for all your Animal needs.

Needed to get my cat seen for an infected wound on a Saturday and this clinic was the shortest wait, but ended up far exceeding my expectations. The clinic staff was very helpful in explaining every step of the visit and possible care needed. Really liked the tech and the vet coming into the room at the same time to start the exam process as I only had to give the run down of our problem once. The waiting area and the exam room were clean and spacious . Care was fast and they did great helping out my cat. 10/10 recommend this clinic for any urgent care pet needs.

The staff (from the doctor to the front desk, and everyone in between) at Mayfair Animal Hospital and ER were fantastic! They were all very courteous, caring, knowledgeable, and professional. They all had our pet’s best interests in mind!
I will/would strongly recommend them to all family and friends. One’s pet is a “priceless member of the family”. So, it is comforting to work with an organization like Mayfair Animal Hospital & ER.

This place is truly a wonderful place to take your pet! Our puppy had stitch’s that she ripped out and no place was open on Sundays but this place. They did a great job explaining everything to us and made sure we were taken care of as quickly as possible.
Kenzie at the front desk, was so friendly and she made sure we were comfortable while we waited and even gave our puppy water as well during a short visit. <3

Best Vet clinic. They are always there for our pets. Outstanding pet care. Vet clinic, ER and urgent care all wrapped up into one. So, convenient. This clinic will go the extra mile to help your pets and owners. If, your looking for a new Vet I highly recommend you give them a call.

Our cat needed urgent care on a Sunday night. Mayfair got us in and out within an hour (including tests). It was easy to be seen and prices were less than I was expecting.

Had to take my cat here twice for emergency services, and I won't take him anywhere else. They are very welcoming and compassionate, but also professional and knowledgeable. It was a relief knowing that the vet team here will absolutely put their all into helping my boy feel better.

They seem to be much better at handling the animals than other clinics I have been to, which was such a relief when dealing with stressful situations like animal emergencies.

Going to the vet is stressful for me and my cat but coming here they make everything easy. They’re calm, honest, and make you comfortable. Highly recommend taking your pet here!

My dog Bella had collapsed and couldn't walk. She was very sick and I thought she was dying. Thanks to the staff at Mayfair Animal Hospital, my Bella was back to her normal self the next day. Amazing!

I had an emergency over the weekend with my dog. They got her in pretty quickly. And then when I took her home and she got sick again they had her come back in and they treated her. They are so nice and very professional. I have a background in customer service and they went above and beyond. Thank you again

I brought in my dog due to severe pain. I drove over an hour to Mayfair animal hospital as nowhere had availability, they made sure I was seen before they closed despite showing up at 8pm on a Friday night. I specifically want to thank Amber at the front desk for her compassion and kindness during an extremely hard time. I will always be grateful people like her are able to work with animals in need. While it may be a routine day to her it was one of the worst situations for me and she treated my dog and I with such care.
