Fresh fruits and vegetables can be purchased here at a very reasonable price. Meat and fish can be found here as well. Ethnic food from Middle Eastern to Asian.

I was at the 99 cent store. Not too crowded for a Saturday morning.

The Rite Aid workers were quick and helpful.

It's literally right around the corner from where I live. My barbershop is there, my dentist, and O'Reillys and the only 99 cent store in Simi. There are plenty of parking spaces and great access to the lot.

We went when they were about to close but the two employees there where very friendly and helpful. I didn't find the chocolate brownie ice cream on the shelf and one of them said she would look in the back to see if they had any luckily I found what I had been searching for left a happy customer. I ❤ Rite Aid

My go-to vegetable grocer, Valley Produce, is here so I visit every couple weeks. Also in the same complex are a 99-Only bargain store and a Vallarte market.

Easy access via surrounding main roads, plenty of parking.

I’ve had great experiences at all the places I’ve been in this outdoor shopping mall. El polo loco was very beuno. But the best place here is by far black bear diner the only place that feels like home. I will be coming to the shopping plaza every other day!!!

We had to get my hubby's blood drawn at Sierra Vista. They are quick and friendly.

Plenty of different shops, grocery stores, and food places. I come here because it is convenient and has many choices. Starbucks, Smashburger, Rite Aid and Office Depot are just a few of the stores that I frequently visit here. The parking lot is large and it is never full.

I went to Sierra Medical to make an appointment with my doctor and my phone faithfully tracked my trip. 😐😑😐😁

The 99cents store had pip air fryer for $29.99

This place has really grown in the 10 years since we lived in the area. It is nice to see so many different stores so active, and the selection of store is pretty nice. I still remember this shopping area as the "Mega-Mart" store in an episode of MONK with Tony Shalhoub.

If you need to do all your shopping in one place, this is where to go. From the 99 cent store to Big 5, then over to Vallarta and Valley Produce, and work it all off at Golds Gym. This center has everything you may need. And dont forget to stop at DD's Discount, great deals on everything!! Its my everyday stop n shop!

This plaza has everything you need except for designer clothes shopping really. But it's a very underrated plaza. Deserves more action than it gets. 99cent store, vallarta market, simi 10 theatre, Chinese food, bbq, sports gear you name it. This plaza has it or its at least next to everything else.

Nice restaurants and shops. The parking lot is always very clean and the view you get of Simi from there is stunning

Everyone was nice and helpful in the store. Stopped in for some ice cream....excellent. It's on sale this week.

Mountain gate plaza has multiple shops that you can go to to get all the things that you may or may not need. I go you're quite often and if you can't get something there you can go right across the street and get something else. I don't know what else to say about this place but I do frequent it often and I do recommend I suppose
