Post sales scheduled delivery was smooth, earlier than on time and very efficient.

Time will tell on overall product quality of purchased but adding an extended warranty on top of manufacturer’s stated warranty may help to ease or alleviate additional concerns.

I was about to pick up a massage chair on Amazon for Prime Day but got scared of handling warranties online after reading reviews. We decided to head to Massage Chairs & More to try a few in person and understand what we liked. Kashi put the facts in front of us and we ultimately decided to go with an entry level Positive Posture Sol chair which comes in a compact package without a ton of bells and whistles but has a 2 year warranty. And most importantly, it delivers a satisfactory massage that fits our body profile which we couldn't guarantee with an online-only chair. Glad we checked out Kashi's store!

Kashi was amazing in helping us find the best massage chair! We got the Panasonic MAJ7 and the features were really amazing. I’m very picky when it comes to massages and have been to many top spas. I was very surprised how good this chair is compared actual massages and was able to get to very deep muscles of the shoulder and lower backs. Having access to high quality massage daily is truly a game changer. My muscles are way less tense and it’s such a good way to wrap up the night before bedtime. Highly recommended!

I had originally purchased a Positive Posture Lift Assist, Zero Gravity chair for my husband. About one month later I received a call asking how the chair was working out. Sadly, my husband had passed away and even though I was enjoying the the other features of the chair, I was really wanting a heated massage chair. The online company I had purchased the chair from referred me to Massage Chairs and More to find a chair that would meet my needs. Long story short, I found a chair that was perfect for me. It was an even exchange including pick-up and delivery and set-up. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received and my new Positive Posture SOL Massage Chair.

Gokhan and Kashi make a great team! I wasn't sure what to expect when I got into the store, because it had a 1 star review on Yelp. However they seemed to have clearly changed their customer service since then.

I was there to do heavy research as I usually do when I make a substantial purchase. Kashi was very accommodating and let me try as many chairs as I wanted to. Some of them even twice as I begun to narrow it down to my two favorites. It was a neck-to-neck until the end I have to say. They have many great chairs, but Kashi helped me narrow it down to a favorite.

After leaving the store, I wanted to wait until I got back from my vacation to decide, but Gokhan spun me a sweet deal I couldn't resist and got the chair delivered by a white glove service in just a couple of days.

It was a gift for my wife and I'm happy to report she is quite happy with it.
