Great local spot for some grub. I had the ham and apple panini and it did not disappoint! Unique blend of flavors that is light but filling. Love their big coffee mugs. Service was superb. Lots of people and you’ll probably be waiting in line if you don’t go early. That’s the only downside! Don’t bother driving, just walk from wherever you happen to be staying.

Food was good! doesnt look so appealing but taste good. Small breakfast restaurant with long wait.

This is a great cute breakfast spot! Split the country eggs Benedict and it was so good! The blueberry pancake was the best I had ever! Lots of blueberries, and the edges were crispy. It was amazing.

This is a small cute resturant in Pagosa Springs right across the Springs Spa and Resort. Please keep in mind that this is a family run business and you will be waiting for a table. That being said, the wait is worth it. The 2 waitresses really make you feel like family. The food is yummy and the coffee is great. They serve breakfast and lunch all day.

Wonderful small town delicious food and friendly warm service. Everything we ordered was awesome and we saw other customers' plates we wanted to try, too! :)
Good value and you won't leave hungry. Plenty of vegetarian options.

This place is so great. We stop here every time we’re in Pagosa. Chicken fried steak is my go to. Belgium waffles are delish too. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Is all Yum yum yum!!

I only wish they would make merch again. Want this shirt soooo bad.

We were visiting the town and found this place and it was a great choice!! The staff were super friendly and had a great attitude despite being so busy. The food came out fast and everything was perfect!! The pancakes are to die for. I would eat here every morning on vacation if I could!!

Got in pretty quick. Had to wait out in the cold for 20 minutes before a table was ready. It was pretty crowded. Our server, Hayden did a good job. Good presentation of our entrees. My Pagosa (French toast) toast was dipped in Pancake mix. Hot chocolate and a towering amount of whipped cream.

From the location to the food and the staff, it's all excellent. I absolutely love the rose and will continue to go.

Absolutely amazing! Waitresses we're attentive if we needed anything and our food came out quick! Great sized portions! Would highly recommend stopping by here to have a bite

My husband and I are truckers and stopped in town for our reset. This was the highest rated place for breakfast and I can see why! You definitely want to get there early if you can. By the time we were done with breakfast there was a line down the sidewalk. Food was incredible and I love that they sold their coffee mugs! Definitely will be back

The Rose 🌹 cafe was perfect for a late breakfast today! Quaint cafe downtown in Pegosa Springs, Colorado! Lovely decor. Courteous & fast service. Our food was delicious! Good selection for breakfast & lunch. We enjoyed Denver omelet with hash browns. 1/2 order of biscuits & gravy was yummy! Full breakfast of 🥓, 🥚, toast, & hash browns was amazing.
We enjoyed a walk downtown after breakfast 🍳. It was perfect!

One of our Pagosa Springs favorite breakfast places. The loaded hashbrowns are amazing with their green chili sauce. Small intimate cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff.

Oh gawd it was so good! The green chili was perfect bacon was cooked to perfection and just all around great! Service was amazing, the atmosphere was really inviting. Great time and definatly coming back more than a second time!

Breakfast here is fantastic! My husband had the Giant Breakfast Burrito & I had a Veggie Omelette. The burrito is definitely giant and the green chili is really good, too hot for me but he loves it. The omelette was great too, great food here! 😁👍

Very cute small spot to get a tasty breakfast while you're in pagosa springs. Was recommended by another guest at the hotel we stayed at and it did not disappoint. Highly recommend the giant breakfast burrito!
