Bathhouse (Hot Springs) @ The Springs Resort & Spa

i’ve been excited with all of my family being here at the hot spa. We made a reservation several weeks before our visit through the webpage. We ordered just a regular tickets which were pretty much enough for everything. It was very interesting to go down to the river, and there was hot waterfall with the very contrast temperature between the river and waterfall. The facilities include lockers which you can rent for 13 or $15. There is a store you can have towels or other stuff.

Our second time to come here bec it’s absolutely amazing! Hours of fun and relaxation for the entire family. I don’t even care that I spent $30 on just 2 drinks…you’re a treasure! Take my money!

What a fun sulfur filled soaking experience. I love that there are so many pools. You can try at different temperatures and different vibes. We went and sunset and it was incredible. Worth it to buy the ticket for access into the upper pools.

We love coming to the Hot Springs! We’re coming from ABQ and can’t get enough of this place! Dakoda made our stay the best it could possibly be. He made sure we were well taken care of and even gave us local recommendations! Love when employees love their job, we’ll be back again soon! Thank you for keeping the Hot Springs so well put together!

Daryn at the bar was fantastic! She was able to make my daughter a virgin strawberry pina colada.

An oasis awaits you. A classy, rustic and elegantly run springs is here to soothe your muscles and bones. The minerals sink deep down while the heat loosens up all your muscles.

. Neat people taking care of the front checkin. Everyone was cherry, in a humble authentic way.

The bathrooms/ lockers and showers are well maintained and beautifully designed with natural stone elements. Bring a towel/ robe of your own or rent them. Lockers are 13. Though if you stay at the Springs Hotel you get that all included even in your last day till 6pm.

The individual pools are well maintained and the temperatures tested and displayed regularly throughout the day.

We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our day at the hot springs. Every staff member was kind and friendly. The facilities were clean, accommodating and user friendly. We splurged and upgraded to the Terrace package for several reasons: (1) it included the locker, towel and robe services, and (2) it allowed us to have in-and-out privileges all day. The added bonus was access to the 5 bonus pools, which was very nice when we returned after sunset and the public pools were more crowded. We will definitely be planning a return trip someday.

Coming here for years and we always have a great time. Cyndi in the bar always makes it special for us. Not only does she remember us every time but she makes our kids feel so special too. We live in Durango and could just as easily go to the Durango hot springs but we will always make the drive back to spend our time here because of people like her!

Visited in early September when the weather was in the 80's, we didn't stay at the hotel and just go a day pass. We decided to go when the weather got cooler and went in about 6:30PM, ate at the grill and surprisingly had a lot of vegan options (our party had dairy allergies), also the bar was open and we had a few drinks and the staff was very friendly.
We really liked it when the sun set and the weather got into the high 50's. The 104-109 degree pools felt great while over looking the river and mountain ranges.
I think its cool that they are open until 10pm while the rest of the city pretty much closes down at around 8pm.
Restrooms and showers were clean and worth a visit, we intend on coming back in the fall when it gets colder. I think they have 20 different pools and a couple on the river, one is a cold plunge pool (which I have been practicing shout out to Wim Hof and the other is warmer in the 90's).
Had a great time with family and it was a cool sunset from the photos.
If you are driving I would recommend going the first day, was nice to relax after a 4.5 hour drive!

Wonderful experience! Well worth the money as we thought it was somewhat pricey. If you have time you can spend many hours. We spent about 3 hours and enjoyed as much as we could. We paid extra for the VIP which was nice. This allows to enter adult only area and it very peaceful and quite. The check in staff was very nice and explained everything! We enjoyed a drink and of course took the plunge into river (very cold). Wish we would of had more time.

Great experience yesterday at the springs. The water was nice and hot and we left feeling very relaxed. Dakota helped us out at the front desk and I was very impressed with how friendly and professional he was. Highly recommend going to check this place out.

My husband and I visited here for my birthday in December. This had been on our bucket list for years. U5 did not disappunt. From our arrival to our departure it was one of my favorite hot springs trips. There are so many pools to choose from. Due to my birthday the front desk upgraded our room and our amenities. The staff was wonderful. Matthew and John were our main go - tos. Yolanda at the front was very friendly and welcoming. The girls in the Cafe were also wonderful. Thank you to everyone at Pagosa for an amazing start to my next year.

Amazing! The whole family enjoyed it! Great atmosphere, very clean, great views. The polar plunge was very refreshing! Highly recommended! The visit to Pagosa wouldn't be complete without the stop here!

This place was amazing. Spent most of my time in the Lobster Pot and the Warrior Plunge. My time there was made even better by Matthew. I felt like I was at his house. Anything I needed he was there to provide. Very much looking forward to returning soon.

Mykah's attention to detail is commendable. She took the time to address all our inquiries with a smile, making us feel valued as guests. Definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking for a relaxing visit.

What a wonderful experience!!! Jovanka, Dakota, Tiana and Cristina were so helpful! They made it a smooth process, explained everything to us and even told us about the ability to refresh our wet towels ans robes to help our experience be even better. The bar clerks were so nice and prompt and the scenery and relaxation is beyond what pictures can capture! 10/10 recommend! I will for sure be back!

The management team, specifically Christina Martinez, is great to work with. She is understanding, professional and personable on the phone. I will definitely stay at the Springs in the future.

Great way to spend a family weekend. We stayed at the resort and had a great time. Pools have varied temperatures. Staff was helpful and friendly.
