Came here for my dad’s bday. We asked if they had one candle because we forgot ours at the hotel. They came out with candles in beignets. Love this! The lady was so nice and the food was amazing! So much food for the cost! Love it.

The food is delicious! We tried the gator bites, fried okra, seafood gumbo, chicken gumbo, crawfish etoufee, and the beignets. All were delicious! They seemed understaffed, but it was worth the wait!

We always come to The Lost Cajun on our visits to Pagosa, and they are always amazing! Pretty much everything on their menu is delicious and you can’t go wrong. I highly recommend the Boudin Balls and Gator Bites. I usually get the half Po Boy, cup of gumbo combo with fries and it’s my favorite. As always, have to get the beignets!

We tried the beignets and boudin balls for lunch, and they were so good that we went back for dinner—good food on both visits. The atmosphere was okay, not amazing, but the food and staff more than made up for it. If you're ever in Pagosa, this spot is worth checking out!

I will let yall know I'm native to Louisiana so Cajun food is what I do. For starters, the atmosphere was great the photos, jerseys, and other decorations help you feel at home. Next, the Staff was amazing we were greeted at the door plus we were a large party of 9. The gator bites were amazing I wanted to order more but I didn't want to overdo it but I highly recommend them. The rest of our meals everyone enjoyed. I will say this it wasn't completely like home but it was good enough to remind me of some other the great food we love so much back home.

The food here is absolutely fantastic, which is a surprise to find such great Cajun food up in the mountains. The gumbo trio is a great option, and we also enjoyed the redfish Bienville, and beignets. This is a family business and run with the care and warmth that bring us back each time we are in the area.

The Lost Cajun serves the best food in Pagosa Springs and probably the best Cajun food anywhere. The Voodoo Pasta is fantastic and we also enjoyed the Gumbo, Jambalaya and Poor boy. Wow! What an excellent meal. The staff was fast and friendly. Don't forget to save room for the Beignets!!

They have a nice atmosphere here with wonderful music playing and and it is also well spaced out for your enjoyment of having foot room and having food. As far as Cajun flavors go it's pretty good.. I would recommend if you're in need for a little Cajun food this would be a great place to stop

Fun atmosphere, great food and service. They give you samples of all of their gumbos which all taste amazing. Even a fun little tradition where I found a baby in my piece of cake the waitress said it means we need to throw the next party lol

Walked in here after soaking in the hot Springs. They welcomed us in and served us the best food we had the whole time we were visiting. Will definitely be back every time we’re in Pagosa. Service and food was excellent.

The place is very popular amongst holiday makers. Good authentic Cajun food. The place is very cozy with lots of decorations showing its New Orleans roots. A bit pricey but worth it.

What a wonderful place if you are looking for Cajun food. It has been some years since I was in New Orleans, but the flavors took me back to those days. My wife and I were also very pleased to know that get their oysters from Washington State. It is my opinion that is where the best oysters come from in the world. I learned that the spices they use in their stir fry and Gumbo are from a nearly lost traditional blend called Cajun Salt, and they have it for sale. I’m looking forward to trying it in my etouffèe. I also recommend going to their webpage, Pagosa Springs location, and read their story. They have been on quite a journey. Not every dish has that spicy heat, but if you are looking for that even higher level of spice they do have Louisiana Hot Sauce that can take the heat up a few notches! It is a place for the whole family to enjoy! We spent a bit extra because we got appetizers, but so worth it!!!

This is our favorite restaurant in Pagosa Springs! They have a lot of gluten free items and great prices. I love the fried oysters and he loves the fried shrimp. Grandkids loved the butter noodles, gator bites, fried pickles, and fried shrimp.

Honestly, we eat here nearly every day while in Pagosa! They make good food and so easy to safely eat gluten free.

As a Louisiana native this food was not 100% like home but after a week away from home it hit the spot. The service was great and loved the decor!
