Alpine Bank

I am a recently moved to Rifle from Phoenix Arizona and started a new account .
I had a very unexpected “GREAT” experience.
The process was smooth and very informative. DIANA AMAYA was very professional and knowledgeable… but the thing that I liked the most was she made “chuckle”! This was a positive experience and would recommend Diana if you need help.

My favorite bank, friendly staff and if I ever have issues, alpine always makes sure they are solved. I’m a happy alpine customer for life

All Alpine Banks are different, that is by Management and personnel, the RIFLE banks have the small town appeal for Locals...and it's fun to go check out the other ones..I really like the one at West Glenwood Mall and then you go to the one at the Meadows by the pet store and it's a whole different situation...so far I've always have been called by the RIFLE Bank to see if I have any problems or need assistance...that's nice...good to give too the Community's they are serving...

Very clean and such nice staff.

The staff are very helpful, will do business with them again.

My boyfriend drove all the way from Utah so he could deposit a check in person. Apparently the check was too big for them to deposit without verifying some information, but the teller said absolutely nothing to indicate this and took the check and told us she'd deposit it. When we checked the account the next day, the check had not gone through and because it was a three day weekend we had to wait until Tuesday to be helped and had almost no money for the trip we had planned that weekend. I don't understand why the teller would not have said something when we were there in person as that was the entire reason we went out of our way to drive there instead of doing it online. Genuinely ruined our weekend and we will definitely not be trusting them with our money in the future.

After being a loyal customer for over 11 years, we are actively looking for a new bank. Alpine will feed you bs about how they care and want to work with you and when you need them, they basically want you to give them your first born. Never again will we do business with them.

They like to hold your money so they can make the interest off of it. I want my money when I want to use it.
Not have to get permission from a company using my money.

You should really consider burying your money in the ground before considering doing business here. The customer service is terrible. This banks practices are well behind the times.

WALLMART TRUSTED ME MORE THAN ALPINE BANK AT 2 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS!!! IN THE SAME DAY!
REFUSED TO CASH MY CHECK THEN PUT A HOLD ON THE REST OF MY CHECK AFTER BEING TOLD I WOULD BE ABLE TO WITHDRAW IT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE CASHIER TOLD ME "TRY GOING TO ANOTHER BANK" WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER THEY SAID SHE IS BUSY NEVER BEEN SO DISRESPECT IN MY LIFE SAYING MY CHECK COULD BOUNCE AFTER BEING A MEMBER OF ALPINE BANK FOR MONTHS. CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH ALPINE BANK AND WENT TO WALLMART TO CASH MY CHECK THAT'S RIGHT WALLMART TRUSTED ME MORE THAN ALPINE BANK.
