New to the area and unfamiliar with the bag process here as well as a few additional questions on locations of products. Stephanie was very helpful and explained policy, as well as overall flow of the store. Customer service was her focus and I appreciate that. She was fast, helped bagging and got me through the line fast.

Rifle's City market has much better quality produce, meats and seafood compared to the local Walmart. Everything is fairly easy to locate and the staff is helpful and nice.

I love rifle city market. The cashier's and stockers are always kind and courteous, the managers are quick to step in and help ring up customers and are always really great. They always have what I need and have even done special orders for me in the past. I really love this store.

Needed frozen meals for morning and evening and am satisfied with my finds. Average but better than average brands to choose from. Needed dinner too and lunch meat from the deli. Teresa at the deli provided excellent service and an encouraging smile. Once again, I found nice s e lectionary to choose and satisfied with my finds. For a clean and simple shopping experience this is a great place. Download the app for digital coupons. It's worth it. Produce is good. Fresh flowers are here as well. This store has a nice variety of products but not overwhelming. Look for store brand as they are often just as good.

Preordered party trays online about 3 weeks ahead. Picked up the completed the day of on time. They were prepared and wrapped nicely for pickup.

My review showed 1 star. That was for the the pharmacy which continues to be a1. The store is a 5.they are fantastic in all areas only if the management would stand up for the customer when it comes to the pharmacy which they can do but won't. Even when the pharmist lies straight to the face of the customer while the manager listens.

There is not enough good things to say about City Market in Rifle. Every single team member is a pleasure to interact with. The store is always clean and tidy. The produce is top notch. Prices are very affordable. Reward points are a bonus no doubt. Ultimately, City Market in Rifle is my hometown store that I have shopped at for over 10 years. The team knows my family and always greet us. Hands down, the best business in Rifle..

Very nice place to shop and overall a very good selection of products and healthy choices for a small town. The service is always great which is good because I go here at least twice a week.

For a small town the selection is good. A few products aren't stocked like in King Soopers/ City Market that are in more populated areas but otherwise a great place to shop when it's your only option.

Do you guys pump your staff full of happy hormones? Cause they have got to be genetically modified full of awesomeness. Keep up the smiles and awesome customer service!
