Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service

Our technician was Aaron T. and he was absolutely fantastic. They responded quickly and he was super helpful, kept us informed about what he was finding, cleaned up super well when he was done and was just generally nice to be around. I would 100% use this branch of Roto Rooter, and Aaron specifically, in the future.

Roto Rooter is my to go place to call when I have plumbing issues. They are always kind and courteous on the phone and in person. The plumbers are knowledgeable and are courteous as well.

Charles was fantastic. Showed up early, went right to work, took care of us efficiently, went the extra mile to track down all the parts and explained as he went along. Happy with Charles and happy with Roto Rooter.

When it rains, it pours. But the sunshine always shines through somehow. I won't go into the whole story, but my wife and I are senior citizens and my wife has had a series of major health issues the last few months. We have also had some other family problems recently arise. So when I woke up this morning and found both of our toilets backed up and my wife unable to leave the house because of her illness, I just couldn't believe this was also happening. I called Roto-Rooter and the said they would be out late afternoon. I was surprised and happy to see the Roto -Rooter van pull in my driveway just after 12 noon. I explained to Charles Norsby what was going on and he said no problem and went to his truck for some tools and got right to work. He took care of the problem and what was even more important to me was he was a very respectful gentleman. I felt so good after he left, I felt like he really cared about us 'old folks'. I HIGHLY recommend Charles Norsby. What great service and a great guy!

Charles and Kiefer are extremely professional and friendly. They showed up on time and when they discovered tree roots in our sewer line they recommended to product to prevent roots from continuing to grow in the line. They were extremely knowledgeable about the product. Thank you guys for everything! I highly recommend Roto-Rootor!

I was very pleased with the septic cleanout services Roto Rooter provided. Very professional and great to work with. The service tec was very informative and helped me understand how my system operated and explained important routine maintenance that I was unaware of.

We had a stopped up drain problem and were stressed. Mark Martin was our Plumbing Tech. He diagnosed the problem in a very thoughtful, structured and organized way. With his excellent problem solving skills the problem was quickly fixed in slightly less than 45 minutes. We are VERY happy with him. We should also mention that he had a very customer service oriented approach. We will now request Mark by name for any future plumbing problems. Happy to give a big 5 Star shout-out to Mark.

Our plumber Manuel Anchondo was just great! Pleasant, efficient & professional. Did a great job installing very complicated faucet. In general, Roto Rooter was great as well. Easy to schedule appointment, on time, sent text messages day of appointment to update me on status. Wish that other service companies were this organized.
