AutoZone Auto Parts

Well, I guess my heart is now owned by AutoZone in Rifle. I have been there twice, once for directions, and the other time (today) for truck wiper blades. I'm just overwhelmed with the great customer service from the employees. Rarely do I get treated so good in a retail store. Thank you AutoZone for having the right attitude towards customers. May success attend your efforts.

Wow! Matt H was fantastic. Great service. I pulled up trying to look how to install my headlight (that went out) and it was apparent that I needed more than just the tools and knowhow I possessed. Matt came outside and asked if I needed help. He helped me move the air filtration system on my Chevy Suburban to get out the headlight and even suggested a new air filter for me, which he replaced at well. Now my headlights work and I have a new air filter. Note-he did this all in HOT temperatures when he could have just stayed in the store enjoying the nice air conditioning. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I just wanted to add to my review. Today the staff here were amazing. My 01 Durango broke down and i needed a new battery. They were so helpful and compassionate. It is rare to find this kind of customer service anymore. Bravo to the staff who truly care about their customers. Would highly recommend

I came to this AutoZone in an emergency not once but twice. One other guy can't remember what his name was had been very helpful. However he referred me to Steve to help me further. Gilbert is an awesome employee. He will go above and beyond to help you out. He came out and put new fuses in my car and I didn't even have to ask him too.

Phil is a very knowledgeable and experienced technician who gives you peace of mind about the parts you need for your car.

I needed a new car battery, asap. The manager assisted me in choosing the best fit for my vehicle and swapped it out for me. The old battery was so corroded that it was extremely difficult to remove, but he didn't complain at all and assured me that he was happy to help. All while my 3 crazy kids were yelling and being hooligans. He was super polite and helpful, made my rough day go much more smoothly. Every time I have come to this shop everyone has been helpful and friendly. Wish I could rate more stars honestly, 5 doesn't seem high enough.

This store went above and beyond to ensure I had the parts I needed to safely transport my child! This place was literally the middle of no where for me. I needed to change my wieldshield wipers after going through a wind/snow storm. The guy at the front was pretty helpful. He literally came outside and change my wiper blades for me. I respect that extra mile he took to do that. It was fast, friendly, and an ease to go through. No complaints here!

I feel that Walter from Auto zone in Rifle,CO went above and beyond in customer service for my family today. I was having a lot of issues with my truck and Walter delivered a battery along with helping us out with other parts that we needed. Thank you again Walter. We will definitely be shopping through Auto Zone again because of him.

Amazing service. Had issues with windshield wiper fuild freezing up and when I arrived the wipers were not operational. Bad time of year to have this happen, especially heading east with all the icy and snowy weather ahead. Matt went under the hood and checked the fuse box and all the lines. Living in Vegas for the last 15 years. I was prepared for this to happen.
I had car winterized but you have Murphys Law coming into play. After flushing the the old fuild and putting in the new negative 30 degree rated fuild, the motor was operational again. It must have been Matt checking the individual fuses that reset the wiper motor.
