Grand River Health Rifle

Brought my two year old in today because she's been sick with stomach flu. They treated her very well and were very kind to us. The staff is friendly and professional and the doctor was personable and seemed to care for our child as well. Thanks again guys.

I've had several positive experiences with Dr. Glode, Dr. Kelli K-S and Dr. Lindsay Harris and their supporting staff. I always feel in great hands with the level of care I receive and how quick they are to get me in for evaluation with my concerns. Feels great to know we have a great and caring group of physicians here in Rifle, CO.

Exceptional visit from the time I called to make an appointment till I left the appointment…I felt like I was treated respectfully in this process.. scheduling was easy, the schedules were very helpful and guided to me the provider who could best help me since my provider was booked out a ways.. Mark Quinn was totally awesome, he was a good listener and he spoke to me like I really mattered, explained his examination of my hip movement while he performed it, taking the time to explain why I was having hip pain. He is a great to your facility..I would highly recommend your facility to others

Appreciate the availability of terrific same day and after hours service saving us at least one trip to the ER. Our knowledgeable and friendly pediatrician and staff are great and remember us from visit to visit, even now that its only once a year.

Had an amazing experience here last night with my son! We are here visiting family and he needed stitches and the nurse and docs were so kind, helpful and caring. We were in and out fairly quick too! This place gives quality care if needed.

Friendly staff. Stacey, my therapist, was exceptional. Upbeat attitude, relaxed and knowledgeable. Never completed a session with questions. She is very thorough and well trained in her profession. Clean facilities and equipment. Thanks all!

I had a stroke on Feb 17, 2023. They were all amazing. Professional and kind. They took care of me. It could not have been more perfect. Dr. Nelson and Dr. King were incredible. Thank you.

I would say that they were fast and attentive to my daughter needs and nurse Samuel was awesome

GRH does an amazing job greeting everyone who walks in the door. When I registered for my labs, the tech also noticed I needed my mammogram so set me up with that too. I got my mammogram & labs drawn in under 20 minutes! I love the people at GRH and your customer service is top notch. Thank you!

I have been to Grand River Health Clinic twice, once for my daughter to receive a physical and once for myself when I was ill. Both times the staff were incredibly considerate and professional. They have taken the time to listen to what we needed, provided extremely prompt attention, and were nice! My daughter forgot her classes for her physical, they allowed us to go home to get them, and come right back in to conclude that part (we live in New Castle so it was a solid 40-60mins). When I called to be seen, they scheduled me within the hour, took me right to my room, and had a comprehensive examination with lab results before we left. When I asked about some of their policies, the staff member (wish I would have gotten her name) was very polite and answered my questions thoroughly and politely. Given my experiences here, especially compared to others in the valley, Grand River Health is my preferred choice. Thank you for the dignified professional service!

Dr. Feeney and her team as well as the entire staff from registration to lab to radiolgy are extremely efficient, compassionate and kind.
Lately, I was fortunate enough to be treated in a brand new room for a temporary time and other or any procedures Ive had and interacted with staff was much better with the staffs compassionate knowledge and expertise. The facilities are beautiful, state of the art and the whole establishment is always( for the most part) immaculate!
I am extremely fortunate to be able to have the kind of quality care I receive from Dr. Feeney, her Team, Grand River Facilities- Central Scheduling- everyone -
Good syncing of process and informative between depts, colleagues.
Mark, the greeter is amazing, he knows..and if he doesn’t, he finds out- very helpful!

Dr Glode and her team displayed care in a professional manner. I felt seen and heard by all. I have much respect and gratitude for her knowledge and her way of explaining things so that I understood.

I have been going to Grand River Clinic for quite some time. My primary care physician, my Physiatrist n mental health therapist are awesome as well as the Lab n Radiology techs who always make me feel comfortable n informed. I like that all my doctors n specialists are located in the same building or adjacent to it n if I need to get assistance with physical therapy, I can request the rehabilitation facility just up the road from where I live.
I have never been one to frequent seeing a doctor, for every little ache or pain. Nor did I see myself having sessions with a mental health therapist...but when the unexpected becomes reality, I am grateful for the wonderful people at Grand River Primary Care because they take care of me.

My husband and myself had another great experience here! On 4/20/2021 my husband went in for bilateral carpal tunnel surgery so both hands with Doc Brock. We got there early as always for everything to process and everyone to go over everything. We seemed like the only people there because it was so early. Immediately 2 nurses greeted us, got my husband settled in, keep checking on us while we waited.
Ruth and Marlene were rockstars. They kept us informed while we waited and were great to be around. Ron was my husbands anesthesiologist again. He double checked all my husbands information and re asked questions was very informative. Dr Brock was awesome besides taking awesome care of my husband he went out of his way to come let me know I’m waiting room how things went after surgery was done. He was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and made sure we left without un answered questions. Really impressed. Thank you all!!! He’s doing great so far!

Grand River Health has one special feature and that is Dr Feeney .
Dr Feeney, PCP for my entire family. I met her entire family when they first moved here . I used to have her girls in scouts and now she cares for mine. She is a down to earth, kind and caring professional. She takes the time to hear you and gets to know you as a person. She's an internalist along with a pediatric specialist and general practitioner with 21+ years experiance what more could you want!

I was in therapy. The receptionist was very kind. Andrew was a wonderful therapist, so I decided to ask for him for my next knee therapy too.

Had been searching for good doctors and facilities in NW Colorado for some time. I was very happy to find the doctors I needed for checkups and minor treatments at Grand River Health. I was not even aware of this facility. Extra friendly, competent and supportive staff, very clean, very professional, great appointment scheduling. Of the five doctors I went to four were fantastic. One was a no show and sent an intern, that didn't go well. For the first time in my life I have a "regular doctor" and a "womens doctor" that I have confidence in.

My trip to the ER was a good experience. Seen in a timely manner and everyone was so courteous and helpful. Great team work. Had x-rays done right in the room I was in.

I cannot express in words my gratitude to doctor Ty B. Nicole’s MD & nurse WJH.

Being a chronic pain patient for 41 years. I don’t have to expressed to fellow suffers what it takes to make a trip to the emergency room.

The fear of persecution and judgment over my 41 year experience has been a significant factor in enduring Continued suffering and refusal to seek treatment for fear of judgment.

I have never in my entire history been treated with the care, compassion and integrity That doctor Nichols and nurse WJH provided me.

The medical care I received was nothing short of outstanding, despite a very busy and chaotic emergency room.

I would highly recommend Grand River Medical where the emergency physicians, nurses are truly Compassionate caring professionals.

At no time was I ever judged In regards to seeking emergency care.
And my needs were met with such compassionate, caring that I was nothing short of astounded about the quality of care I received.

Had to go to the ER this week and I have to say that I was treated with respect and compassion. Jada took my vitals and did the paper work stuff and I could not have asked for a better care giver. The Nurse Practitioner really knew her stuff. You hate to have to ever go to an ER but other then the pain of having to get stitches I had as pleasant an experience as one could have. This has not always been the case in my experience with Hospitals.
