Apparently I did not get the crabby lady everyone complains about. Andrea provided cheerful and efficient service to me on two fairly complicated shipments plus a stamp purchase. She then continued her friendly and helpful service to the line of people behind me.

The lady that works the counter is always friendly and helpful. The mailman wasn't very friendly but my mail got delivered so I cant complain!

I'm only in there as needed but it's usually a decent experience. The clerks aren't over the top friendly (are any of them, anywhere anymore?) But they take care of you and do their jobs well.

I forgot my wallet here. When I went back for it (super scared).... the front desk lady was super rude to me. I get that there was a line, but I just didn't want someone to take off with my wallet. Not cool lady!!! No people skills. 1:40 p.m 10/13

To Terra and Wendy PostMaster November 6 2014

I have been trying to contact you by phone, face to face in person for the last 2 weeks.
I brought you a letter informing you that I could no longer get to my mail box because Im on O/ 2, 24/7 a day. It's a very steep & rocky slippery hill on a busy corner. I've been very sick with my lungs and RA arthritis. I do not need to fall down again attempting to collect my mail.
My Dr. sent a letter with me take to the postmaster. I gave you that request informing the post masters that I needed mail delivered and picked up at my address.

I continue to wait for returned phone calls back to me as I was told Since 9/23/14.

Since this time I've been ignored passed over and missed important mail I've been expecting. I believe you or someone from the post office could have had the respect to call me with answers to why you are not responding to my Dr.request for my needs. Im disappointed and truth be told if I was your Grandmother or mother this likely would not be an issue. How does this make any sense?
I would appreciate a response.

I have had quite a few problems with this post office.I live in an apartment that has fractions for apt.# (1/2,3/4,etc.). Too frequently mail is going to the wrong address.I went to pick up a certified letter...no trace of it.Certified letter notice of course going to the wrong address. And the male postmaster at the P.O.
acts like he hates his job.I have never have had a problem with any mail service up until now.

Like most, I've also experienced the wrinkly old blonde woman with glasses being a rude and miserable person. This woman is absolutely unhappy to do even the most basic tasks, is abrasive without cause, and does little to help. I don't know if, despite possibly being older than the USPS itself, that she realizes she is the only reason she's so angry at life, it's not the customers who are coming in to find solutions. I'm not sure if she's ever sought therapy, but it's highly recommended.

If you meet Sandra, however, she's wonderful and exceptionally helpful.
