Being a long time investor and former broker, I can be a bit critical of Realtors that don't provide value that justifies the commission - that's not the case with Nick. He knows his market, knows his industry, and does his homework. His professional background gives him a strong foundation of structure and processes that he leverages through his team and relationships. I'd work with him again any day, and recommend him without hesitation.

Unlike the other reviews, we felt Nick was unprofessional and hard to work with. In the 7 years we lived in our home, we were never late on payments, kept the place immaculate and did most of the needed repairs on the house. His aggressive and callous personality created continuous stress and anxiety for our family. We could not request any fix it tickets without a big fight, basic repairs were never handled including leaving the house unsanitary with leaks and a foul smell. The garbage disposal and dishwasher never worked the entire time we lived there, we were told it was our responsibility to fix the previous problem. Eventually he pushed our family out with his distasteful approach which we now think was his intention all along. He may be a good relator when he is getting money from his clients but his lack of basic decency would steer me far away from ever working with him.
