Silkwood Park

Great little hidden park! Beautiful with a really fun play structure.

Very clean and safe. A nice place to be for children.

Love this park. Kids of all ages love it, something for everyone here. The only possible downside here is that it can be hard to keep an eye on your kids if they wander on the other side of the row of tall shrubs & trees. Not so much of a concern for older kids, but can be an issue with young kids. But those same shrubs provide nice shade and makes it very cute. I don't know if the neighborhood ever does performances here, but it's be a delightful place for a summer evening concert.

This is a beautiful park! There isn't many parking spots in the small parking lot, and only one is handicapped parking, but you MAY be able to park on the street along the edge but I am not sure since this park is in the middle of a neighborhood. There is, what looks like, a full-sized basketball court and sand volleyball court. A lot of green grassy areas to run and play on, while we were there two kids were flying kites on the grass. The playground was one of the coolest I have seen, mostly made up of climbing obstacles, with a fun little hammock feature and a slide. There is also a beautiful little pavilion with a couple picnic tables. There are two single stall bathrooms that seemed fairly clean but we couldn't find a soap dispenser while we were there. We really liked this park but it may not be as fun for little kids. My almost 5 year old liked it but wouldn't climb too high.

My kids enjoy this park. There is a jungle gym that is more geared towards older children, probably 3+. There is a sand volleyball pit. I’ve never seen anyone play volleyball there but kids like to bring sand toys and play for hours. There is a large covered pavilion and basketball court. Great park!

Great park area with grass. This park also has a sand volleyball pit which is really awesome! Great place to chill and relax, has some good shady areas as well since it can be a little hot in the sun in St. George

So this place is really clean and well maintained

Super fun and love the shaded canopy for sunny hot days. There's a basketball court, and mini stage, an open space for soccer, and a beach volleyball net!

Overall just really fun. You might wanna bring some stuff to play with, but other than that it's really nice and fun place to be.

The trees make it feel like there is different sections. A very well kempt park.
