Owners are no nonsense but very kind. They are caring and respectable. If you want a handout or are not the respective type then you would not like it here. If you are hard working, and respect others then you will fit right in.

Cordial owner, close to the end of the road, couldn't fit my 38 ft, not enough room to back into the one spot they had available. Wanted to charge 35 dollars for 30 amp service. Went to Glenwood Springs for a motel.

Can only back in. Has full hookup but no other facilities. Very tight. Paid $25 for electricity only. Only one lane in/out. Seems to be many permanent residents. Maybe 20 spots. Right off I-70.

Sorry, the name of this place is perfect in many ways. It does have plenty of shade and filled mostly with shady people. If you have kids, avoid this place at all costs.

Won't rent to women. The only reason we can't get a spot is because the owner has a bias against women. They hate women and children, and please don't confuse my one star for a one star. I'd give no stars if I could.
I would say we dodged a bullet with this place. We'll take our business else where.

Where RV'S go to die, discussing dirty place. Pictures shown are very very deceiving, the grass you see is the owners yard. We were the only ones out of 12 trailers that didn't live here.

They call it "Shady" Lane for a reason. Owner is bat sh%# crazy! I feel for the husband. What a Duo.
