Staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable! Location was great for where I needed to be for a conference but about 25mins away downtown. Overall great experience!

Awesome place to stay when visiting Froedtert hospital. Definitely recommend. Right by the hospital and has continental breakfast and a 24 hour Denny's across the street.

This hotel deserves more stars. The beds were the best I have stayed in a long time. Breakfast was good for a continental breakfast with eggs, sausage, bacon, French toast and pancakes. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Rooms were super clean. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 5 nights recently and the service and staff were exemplary. The rooms were clean and the complimentary morning breakfast made starting our days easy. We were located near everything we needed. Will definitely return the next time we were in Wauwatosa.

My husband and I are normally Choice Hotel customers, but my mother was having surgery at Froedert, and the offered a discount for patients/families which I thought was so nice. The room was very nice, and loved that there was lots of spaces and counters for suitcases, ect. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. The breakfast was very nice, and they had carafes of coffee in the lobby 24/7.
Very accommodating and nice people working there as well.

When we arrived their electricity was out. The employees were SO nice! They called a sister hotel to make accommodations for us to go there. They told us to help ourselves to their snack bar in the lobby. We couldn't of asked for friendlier employees. We ended up waiting a bit to see if the lights would come on before going to the other motel. They did. Very, clean here. Thank you too everyone who worked the late afternoon and evening shift on Thursday May 2nd. You all deserve to be recognized. Especially, since there was some customers giving you a hard time about something that was out of your control.

We really loved the stay here. Great customer service, nice and clean hotel and free breakfast. The beds and pillows was so comfortable and soft I didn't want to get up. It was a great 2 day experience while our lights went out.

5 stars to the staff of this hotel. Everyone from the manager, front desk and the cleaners were just so kind and nice to my wife and I. It’s a budget hotel, not fancy but it’s clean and you feel welcome and well cared for here. Thanks everyone!!

Stayed here a couple times now. Price was great and the rooms were clean. the staff was great.

Very nice solid hotel. Good for those interviewing or traveling to Medical College of Wisconsin Hospital. The room was very nice, new, and well maintained. My only complaint is that the shower didn't have a shower curtain when I arrived, however the desk staff were more than happy to provide me one quickly. Overall good place!

Great amenities including free WiFi and a hot breakfast. The room I had was recently renovated and featured a mounted smart TV, tap to turn on lights, plenty of smartly organized luggage and seating spaces, and a shower with great water pressure. Overall a great and affordable place full stay.

My wife was in the hospital for 8 days... instead of driving 40 minutes to get home, I chose to stay closer.
Very accommodating and gave me a discount...
Clean room, cleaning daily, breakfast and vey good staff to help...

Right off Highway 41. Quite convenient. Lot of construction going on around the hotel which is a minor inconvenience.

Plenty of free parking on site, right outside.

Was smooth and room was as reserved. King size bed.
Very friendly and courteous employee at reception.

Room
The room was hugaceous!!! I could go for a walk inside the room. I could not get over how big the room was with generous counter space and space to store luggage. Plus a small fridge and microwave and coffee making facilities.

Most noticeable (as I travel internationally quite a bit) is the availability of a Universal Electrical plug (2) at the desk. Very nice feature indeed and very thoughtful. You dont have to bother with adapters and such. Very trendy Table Lamp with touch controls and a USB port on the side to charge your mobile phone. Plenty of electrical and USB outlets in the room at appropriate locations. Well laid out.

Bathroom was clean, spacious and adequate. Nice set of amenities on offer. Even have made a half step in the shower to put your leg on.

WiFi
Internet was available and the speeds were sufficient. Password provided upon checkin. Service was patchy at times. Would shut off and come back on every once in a while.

Breakfast is a nice spread. Fresh, divine smelling Cinnamon buns, Chobani yoghur, boiled eggs, fruits, cereal, juices. I am not much of a breakfast person, but there was more available than I could use.

I liked the separation of the waste from breakfast into recyclable and non recyclable! Well done.

Checkout was pretty smooth. Once again, very friendly and polite employee at the Reception. Very professional and well done! The place seems to be run with a lot of pride. High marks!

Nice location 15 minutes⁰p)] you can be in almost all the hot spots no matter what your interests are,,lakefront, art museum baseball stadium,bucks arena,the fiserv,breweries & tour,river & lake, boat dinner & cocktail cruises,4 different party zones with live music & patios on the river everywhere, it is very clean & welcoming. Tenisha at the front desk is an all-star. The hotel was fully booked and there was some confusion with reservations for our group. Tenisha helped us work through the problems and was so patient and diligent. There were issues with the credit card readers as well and she managed all of that as well with a smile.

Typical holiday inn express with no pool. Cheaper than most of the surrounding IHG hotels in the Milwaukee area. It had good access to the major interstates in the area. The king room was large, clean and updated. Nothing stood out that was bad. Nice gym facilities. Great place to stay for work.

Rooms were clean, beds comfy, breaksfast was good and the staff was awesome. We stayed here because our 7 month old son was having surgery at Childrens early in the morning. Upon leaving as we got off the elevator the women employees who were standing near the breaksfast area instantly noticed our son and asked if he was on his way to Children's Hospital. They talked to him and then gave him a little rubber ducky that they got because they were under construction. He played with it all the way to the hospital and while waiting. It was a great way to keep him entertained amd his mind off of the fact that he couldnt eat anything. Thank you kind lady!

The hotel was conveniently located, staff was helpful. We utilized the Fitness Center as well as the breakfast which was so good. We will stay here again when in the Milwaukee area.

Very nice rooms, great location, excellent breakfast. Housekeeping staff were extremely polite, and every one of them inquired of our satisfaction and wished us a good day. We were not used to this and were delighted.
