Ashley Store

Awesome salesman. This is why I go here. They were very polite but didn't hover while I was shopping. But then when I had questions they were readily available.

On Friday, I visited the store to browse and check prices on various items. Throughout the process, I was candid with Robert regarding our intention to simply look around, and I was pleased that he did not pressure us into making any purchases. I returned on Sunday with my husband, and after thoughtful consideration, we decided to buy a set for both the living room and kitchen. Robert was extremely helpful, responding to all of our inquiries and even taking the time to measure the furniture to ensure it would fit in our home. We are grateful for the space he allowed us when discussing our options and his attentiveness when we required assistance.

We have purchased most of our furniture at Ashley’s furniture store over the past few years and they have always been great to work with. Most recently we purchased a dining table and a couch and we love them! We opted for delivery and it worked out super great and they were quick with set up. In store we worked with Jay a few times and he has always been kind, professional, and helpful. He always gives us plenty of time to look and checks in with us at the right times. We will continue to buy our furniture from them!

I purchased a bed here about 10 years ago. They were great then & are great now! Excellent customer service both times. I went in to buy a couch for my new apartment. Earl met me at the door & asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. He showed me all several options, exactly what I had in mind! I then proceeded to sit on every couch in the store, just in case. Earl answered all my questions & gave me space to check everything out at my own pace & felt no pressure. I ended up with a lovely couch & would highly recommend coming here & asking for Earl.

Super helpful and friendly staff, they answered all of our questions and let us browse around the store peacefully until we chose the items we wanted to buy.

We have now purchased a living room set, a mattress, and a dining room table set. The furniture is quality, and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back when we need new furniture.

The store has a warm inviting atmosphere and the furniture is high quality. I was greeted by Lori, who was an absolute delight! She helped show me around the store and then let me browse around freely giving the perfect amount of customer support. She answered all of my questions and even helped me get a discount. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend visiting Ashley's Home Furniture. They even give military discount!

The prices of the store were beyond
reasonable. Derrick helped us furnish our home and went above and beyond to fit our needs with out being pushy.

We live on base and are able to get delivery in a sensible time frame. Some of our order wasn't in stock currently so we'll have to wait for part of it, but because we purchased everything in one order we only have to worry about a single delivery fee.

Store is very military friendly and offers a military discount, so remember to ask about if your family qualifies, because our family was able to save a pretty penny!!! We plan on going back for future purchases.

I found the perfect little loveseat for my little apartment. The sales person was amazing and not pushing and I really appreciate that. She let me leave and just supported my decisions and gave me my options. Ask for Zaya.

Had a great experience at Ashley’s today. Our salesman Derrick, provided excellent customer service. He didn’t hold us and try to push us to get anything, but would give us our space and check on us every once in awhile.

Mr. Earl Twillie helped us right away, knew the products and availability very well, was very polite and super efficient. We made our purchase easily without feeling rushed and are eager for delivery next week. Thank you Mr. Twillie!

Zaya helped us from the moment we walked in the door to the very end of our purchase. She was kind and knowledgeable and we will definitely seek her out if we need help in the future. The store was clean and organized and all items were well advertised.

Earl was wonderful. He greeted us and asked what we were looking for, as soon as we told him he directed us to the area we needed to go and said he would be with us shortly. This allowed us time to look around and see the furniture and when Earl came to check on us we gave him more details on what we needed and he was able to narrow it down to a few pieces. This made the whole process easy for us to make our decision and the checkout process was quick and easy.

I was helped by Dartarian, he was professional, courteous, and efficient at scheduling delivery of couches for my living room. The whole staff is very personable. Great deals for military.

My experience with Ashley through Zaya was worth the phone call. She not only answered questions, but helped me order furniture, even helping with the pick-up closer to me. I have always liked Ashley furniture and this shopping experience will keep me as an Ashley client.

I recently made a purchase at Ashley Homestore during their year-end purchase. I was very happy with the sales associate Jay Smith, he wasn't pushy and was able to answer all my questions and he was very polite. They have a nice selection of furniture in this store and I will definitely go back.

Derrick was personable, informative, professional, and patient while working with my indecisive, impulsive nature. He allowed me the time to decide on my purchase, and rolled with my many decisions. 😉 I am pleased with my experience today. Thank you!

We had a terrific encounter with Jay after receiving a recommendation from Mark Ciarlo at the Ultimate Mattress store. We wanted a simple headboard to get us through our next 2 years here & didn’t care to spend too much money. I called Jay after perusing the Ashley website & found the perfect headboard. I called Jay to inquire about availability in store. Of course it had to be ordered and Jay had everything ready when my husband arrived. Outstanding customer service. Jay is kind, attentive, knowledgeable & very professional. He did a STELLAR JOB!

Jay was a fantastic salesman. Very professional. Not the least bit pushy. He even called me after the sale to let me know that he found a way to discount the delivery charge. We just bought another piece of furniture over the phone through him. Will be making additional purchases from Ashley through Jay.
