Wellspring Family Practice

My family and I have been going there for the last 30 years. He is the best in Grants Pass. If any of us are in the hospital and he finds out he comes and pays us a visit before he starts his shift at his clinic.
Ermshar is very thorough and has an amazing team.
I cannot express enough how he is one of the best in the valley!

Sam (womens health) is an amazing addition to this facility. Wellspring is truly a one stop facility now for all of my medical needs. Brett Rasmussen is my doctor. He is great. Very patient and he explains everything in term I can understand. I have changed my whole family to this facility. Highly recommed them.

They care about all of the patient, not just one thing at a time

We had a wonderful Dr. For my son in Medford however he stopped taking our insurance. We decided to try out wellsprings family practice and could not be more happy. My son saw PA Brett Rasmussen. I was so happy and relieved that he was just as attentive as his old Dr. My son was born with major sight Impairment. PA Rasmussen took his time to look at his chart before we came in and was very versed with his diagnosis. He took great care in asking my son lots of questions and really listened. I am so happy we found this clinic. I gave the clinic 4 stars because the front desk did make it a little difficult for making the 1st initial appointment. They did not follow back up to call me to make the appointment after I turned in the new patient paperwork as they said they would do. I called 4 weeks later after turning the paperwork and at that point they did schedule him.

Of the doctors offices i have been to, this one is the most hospitable one. I've seen Dr Ermshar im action, he is super nice and always listens to the patient.

Office management is fine, however the PA I see (I have never been seen by the Dr), Brett Rasmussen, is almost insulting in his reactions to what I tell him. He discounts or minimizes everything I tell him, often with a sneer as if I am lying. He does not ask questions as to why I mention something, just blows it off. I am looking for another office.

There have been several scheduling mishaps, and it's incredibly frustrating to only be able to talk to a pediatrician four out of seven days.

Beautiful building, friendly staff before covid. Now full of excuses not to help patients. I called with extreme ear pain and was told they could see me in 3 weeks. I had to go to the ER of i didbt I would have lost the hearing in my ear. I'll find another practice and I recommend you do as well. Terrible receptionists

I am outraged by the services this place provided. The list goes on but primarily Brett Rapison had the worst care I’ve ever seen. He neglected my grandmother for months of going in. He never gave her the right scans or correct medicine and it led her to be in the hospital almost on death row. Do not go to this place. And after the incident happened they did not apologize but only declined her as a patient from now on. Not that we would ever go back, but I advise and hope no one send any family or friends to this practice!
