I wanted to share an experience I had that would probably have been an unpleasant one if it weren’t for the amazing actions that one of the female workers chose to do;
So I never really knew about the rewards you get and how you get money for purchases and what not so when they told me about it I signed up for it of course who wouldn’t? And so after gathering up some cash rewards I finally wanted to redeem them and I had no money for cigs so I thought it would be great if I could use the reward money for that, well low and behold the woman tells me that that is one of the things you can’t buy with the rewards (wish I knew that beforehand) she stated you cannot get any tabbaco products or milk/dairy products with the money you get as rewards, but anything else you can use it for. I was only there to try to get the one thing and so I basically said well that sucks thanks anyways I guess and I went to go out the door, and all the sudden I hear the other woman say mam here and she literally gave me a pack of smokes that had a couple cigarettes in it because I wasn’t able to purchase the cigs with the reward cash and what not hands down amazing woman right there and she deserves a raise! She had brown hair was rather fair skinned, how I wish I could have gotten her name so that she could be recognized more for her amazing humanitarian soul!

Had Lacy as a cashier, she was amazing and up beat, helping with a fedex drop off, coupons and saving me a bunch of money. We need more employees like her! Thank you Lacy!

It was a good shopping experience this morning. The store is clean and organize. The associate who helped me in the checkout counter was very thoughtful. I wish I can remember her name but she has short hair. She was polite and helpful. The store seems short staffed just like any other walgreens, but if you have an employee like her, the customers will always be understanding and grateful.

A nice Walgreens, clean store, friendly staff. I've never used the pharmacy there but I've heard decent things about the services they provide. They are reasonably priced with frequent sales and utilizing their reward points system can save you serious bucks if you use it to your full advantage.

I moved to the area 5 months ago from Southern-ist California to live with my aging Mother. I frequent this store - and the Safeway- and must say that the staff here , both retail and pharmacy staff - have been some of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve encountered here in Grants Pass. They are all incredibly patient and kind, as well as being helpful. I appreciate this store and highly recommend it.

The photo department. I am very pleased with this department. I have ordered thousands of pictures for years. I am never displeased with the quality and the customer service employees. I always recommend Walgreens Grants Pass and have even ordered photos on line and had friends pick up the pictures out of state. Keep up the good work folks. Always been a pleasure doing business with you.

This was the best service I ever had at a Walgreens. Megan was stocking and I could not find the 3 items I needed. She asked me if I needed help so happily. She then took me 2 my 3 items. She then told me options and was proud of her products. She was amazing. A true good American worker. Checkout was quick and easy. Even though the cashier was in training. The manager jumped in for seemless checkout when needed. It was a pleaser to shop here today!!

Iv never had an issue with walgreens in grants pass. Now i DO have an issue with the customers. The staff will be polite and helpful while the customers will yell at them and cuss at them. If i could i would give 10 stars. Will recommend every person i know to go there.

Very friendly staff, always welcome you in as you walk into the store. Find what you need then wait to checkout, if the line gets long the call for another cashier.

Wonderful customers service and great prices on medicines.

Conveniently located store and it's easy to get what you need and get on your way , plus the store is orderly and clean

Pharmacy is getting better and the store staff is great they also have a great photo lab
