This Safeway, as all the others I've been to, is a good one.

Very helpful employees, kind and considerate. The store is laid out well, however, it can be confusing for first time buyers. So it takes some getting used to, yet, any employee can help and is ready.

The store was recently remodeled and it's much easier to navigate more quickly now.

I recommend signing up as a 'club member' (your phone number, etc.), Then you can get better pricing for most things. Moreover, the points you accumulate with purchases can be used to get discounted gas at applicable locations, like Chevron; it just depends on how much you've spent with Safeway. Meaning sometimes 10¢ sometimes 40¢, etc.

Overall, it's a great location to get what you need, whatever that may be, since they usually have it.

Right when I walked in the door today the fragrance of the flowers and beautiful selection got me! I was happy to leave with everything on my list! Not one item out of stock!

I can count on Safeway to have a variety of choices. They are full of customers and they have plenty of cashiers to check you out quickly. I like that they carry ethnic food as well as well as the usual staples. I like to shop there for fresh meat and organic produce. There's a bakery and a deli, too.

Tania in the floral department was AWESOME. She was super efficient and friendly. I came in with my own balloons and to purchase a fancy balloon. She kindly explained that there would still be a charge to inflate my balloons. The charge was reasonable. She did a lovely job of color coordination on the ribbons to tie all the balloons in. What a pleasure she was to work with.

Please downliad the safeway app today and scan away your saving right at checkout. Great coupons. Great store. Poor management skills as far as i was concerned. More worried about talking rather than getting the lines taken care of. Great cashiers though. Good courtesy clerks. Overall it could use some TLC. Great customer service except management

Dread shopping there after many many years. Cashiers & most of the help not as friendly anymore stressed & never smile from newly hired cashiers. Everything is digital & after checking products on my smartphone items are NOT ringing up correctly with sale price. Timing consuming to say the least!

The newly remodeled Safeway off Williams Hwy is stunning. Such a needed improvement. The Safeway employees there also have felt the change as they are happier. It is noticeable in their attitudes and willingness to help the customers.

Everything is clean and orderly and mostly easy to access. I enjoy being able to have my groceries checked out by a human so glad this option still exists😄

Best Cleanest Safeway Location i have ever been to. They pack everything i could want neatly and logically, in a small space, so i do not get worn out walking all around a bigger store. The management is wonderful and caring. Produce is always fresh with great variety. All the produce department are friendly and do everything to help. Meat department is great too. Delicious Deli too.

As all my visits the well marked aisles made finding products and the easy checkout made for a good experience. It should be mentioned I did not shop for produce, meat or bakery goods

Seems to be clean always friendly staff, But, if your in a hurry, don't do the deli, great food, but help is slow as molasses. Cashiers are quick and courteous, just seems like everytime I go to deli, their is no sense of urgency, no matter how many people, most times in afternoon or evening, maybe 1 person to help sometimes many people, and seems like they work in first gear. Maybe management should look into quicker help, or better training, or even provide enough employees for task, alot of people I noticed were , feeling same way.

Staff is nice. Flowers are fresh and beautiful. Donuts are warm in the morning. French bread is fresh. Soup is hot and ready. Bathrooms are gross looking idk what kind of bacteria is in there we should do a swab. Produce can be taste tested before purchase. Love how they still keep fresh baked cookies to hand out for free, nice tradition. Store smells like curdled milk. Good prices.

I like Safeway's app for recipes and grocery lists. They have great sales and gas rewards. And the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. GP remodel is smart thinking and looking terrific! Crowded register lines still run long on occasion.
