Give these folks a raise! Best food and portions at any location I’ve been too. The cashier did not hear me ask for chips which made our encounter awkward but still 10/10.

Please instruct staff on register or table again about cross contamination. It’s not funny again . I get it young employees may be ignorant or not care how disgusting it is bacterially to handle trash than hop on register to handle food. Please speak to staff about sanitary and unsanitary practices/procedures. I really love this place ; I TRULY TRULY TRULY DO WITH ALL MY HEART.

Yeah but an incident with half of 2nd shift few wks ago won’t be coming back as long as I live. That was the 2nd and last time handing me the wrong food deliberately or not doesn’t matter at this point. OVERALL WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN A BIG DEAL IF I HAD A CAR PLUS IF IT WAS NOT NEAR CLOSING AND I DID NOT WORK AT 530AM.Half the crew that night including the manager I think was “Alex” thought it was so funny even the line remaking the order toyed with me because prior I made an issue about my food getting cold if it sits on the line too long so this kid asked me multiple questions but asked those questions at least 4-5x. Because my frustration was so hilarious to them. I dealt with this mockery for about 5 minutes before he put the lid on my chicken bowl. AND REFUSED to give his name.
Anyway I know something else that’s funny. To all souls that BELIVE in the lord thy GOD cease and desist with this store and try BARREL BURRITO & COMPANY ON JEFFERSON STREET FOR AN AUTHENTIC TASTE OF SACRED & BLESSED MEXICO. And the discounts there build extremely fast. ENJOY😍🤩🤴🏾

I wanted to shout out Victor Sanchez for going up and beyond on a big snow day Friday 1/12. I had to work so Uber eats it is but received my order that was not my order. My husband to the rescue stopped by the establishment, spoke with the manager, he hopped right on it to see yes my order was still there. He also remade it so it was fresh. I thank for you understanding and making it right when it was not Chipotle itself fault.

This is the first review I’m ever writing but I just need to share with the world how nice this Chipotle was. Not only were they generous with their portion sizing, at least compared to Chicago, they were also exceptionally friendly! I loved my experience there and I want to give a shout-out to the women who liked my rainbow fanny back. You made my day! I love you all

Vegan burrito bowl was so good, their sofritas are always available and delicious. Line can get long, but moves quickly. Parking is no issue connected parking nearby. #chipotleislife

Soooo when We walked in they greeted us very very friendly they are using gloves the service is fantastic they are quick and we didn't even have to ask for fresh food or veggies, the music is very pleasing and appropriate. This by far is the best one we've been to ! Everything is clean and stocked! GREAT JOB I OBSERVED EVERYTHING! NOTHING WENT WRONG! THANKYOUUUU SOOOO MUCH ! I LOVE YALLL!!! Time- 7:50pm

I must say, this was easily one of the nicest Chipotle’s I’ve ever visited. I received a very healthy portion for a fair price, except for the charge for a tortilla at 50 cents which is an insane price gouge. But the restaurant is very aesthetically pleasing and inviting.

Chipotle - food is tasty (veggies, meat, salsa, guacamole...). Most impressive to me is the staff. I have always been treated respectfully even when they're very busy. When they're not so busy sometimes we "chat." Also the communication between the staff, on a 1-10 ranking, is on the average 9.2. I must say I've only been to one Chipotle on a weekly basis (or so).

I deliver for Door Dash and I just wanted to say you guys always have my order ready when I get there or let me know that it will be just a few minutes and then it actually is only a few minutes. I wouldn't change a thing on the inside of the store. However, please be aware there is a pretty regular panhandler outside. I know he doesn't mean to deter people but I have avoided orders when he is outside.

As someone who works in the service industry It's awesome to walk into a great atmosphere with friendly workers! Everyone has a great attitude on shift and the food is CONSISTENTLY AWESOME! It's really hard to find such personable people who also care about the quality of food AND their customers, especially in chains! Jose is an outstanding member of the Chipolte team! He's informative, hard working, and very gregarious! I'll definitely continue coming in twice a week for my bowl. (:

Fast service, clean restaurant, and good food. Do you like giant burritos? Hell yeah you do! Need something quick for dinner? Just finished bar hopping with friends and need something quick and filling to top off the night? Forget ordering a pizza. Go. Get. A. Big. Burrito. You go through the assembly line. Tell them what you want on it. They wrap it up and hand you a tinfoil wrapped baby for you to take home and enjoy.
You got kids? They've got you covered. My kids will rock a quesadilla any day of the week.
Vegetarian? Got you covered. Beans, rice, vegetables, soy chorizo.
You can go in and order, you can order online for pickup or delivery. If you're ordering for the family, ordering online for pickup is the quickest, and cheaper than delivery. But if it's you and a few friends out and about, just go in and order. It's quick, and you can usually ask them to hook it up with a little extra this or that.
If you're looking for excellent authentic Mexican food, this ain't it.
If you looking for something that's quick, tastes great, and hits the spot for not alot of money, this is the place. Don't forget chips.

We had dinner and had under cooked rice. We were not going to say anything but we're disappointed. Then out of no where a staff member came who recognized the problem and said that she found out the rice was undercooked and it was unacceptable to her. She then proceeded to give us cards to come back and have a burrito on them or the option of remaking our entire meal. That is very respectful and we appreciate the kind gesture we cannot wait to come back and eat there again!

This is one of the nicest, most well run Chipotle's I've ever been to. I'm in here at least 2-3 times a week and the staff is always friendly and brightens my day. They really do a great job.

Great food, Chipotle's food standard is unchecked, and it's not even close. The workers can be slightly snappy when the going gets rough, but remember, they're understaffed, and they are really trying. Otherwise, great service all around.

Like most Chipotle locations the staff is happy and friendly. My veggie burrito was really good this time. Cool vibe, hip music playing in the background, great food and happy staff. What more can you ask for. Plus they have beer.

As far as chain Chipotle locations go, this is one of the best I have encountered. They usually have plenty of staff to keep their line moving when it is busy, there is enough turnover to keep ingredients fresh, and they're pretty good about estimating when they are about to run out of something and they have more ready to go without waiting. The restaurant itself has pretty limited seating and can fill up, although during the summer months there is an outdoor seating patio with a number of extra tables. The attached dedicated parking lot is quite small, although this is right next to a much larger shopping center, who (despite their passive-aggressive warning signs) won't ticket or tow if you park there and walk over.

Chipotle's food is phenomenal. My favorite place to get food! They're always very accommodating to my allergy needs. If you tell them you have allergies, they'll take their current gloves off, wash their hands and put a new set on. Then build your dish carefully; such that no concern is raised. I have yet to go to a Chipolte that isn't 5 stars. An excellent company!

1st timer at this location and haven't eaten here in years....chilllleeeee they have cauliflower rice! The service was fast & friendly. Tuh, my bawdy(body) was feelling full and not stuffed. And I didn't feel guilty after eating it. #NOBIGGANOTHINGS. Thanks guys
