I have always had great experiences with this place. I do most of my own car work, however when I am stumped, I take it here. Even if it's just to diagnose the problem to see if its something I can handle. Oh and for God's sake, they do not do emissions testing anymore. During drop off and pick up they got no less than two calls about that.

Took my car here to get a drive shaft installed staff is friendly and straight forward with pricing and they'll let you know right then and there if they can't work on your car based on what you have.

Needed an emissions test and only had a 10 minute wait (it's first come first serve). Came back a few weeks later to get a headlight issue resolved and they were very communicative about prices of parts and order times. Very fair labor prices, very happy with the service!

Kind and knowledgeable staff team. I had a number of maintenance issues for my car and was able to schedule an appointment quickly and the have the repairs done at a reasonable cost.

I had a great experience with the mechanics here. They really seem to care about what they do and about getting your car fixed. They were willing to ask me questions and give me details on what they did to the car and what they looked at. This eventually helped diagnose a problem I've been having with my car that the dealership mechanics couldn't figure out.

My mother is 95 and she has been going to O’Gorman’s for over 35 years. We trust O’Gormans to be honest and fair and consistent which they have been. We had a defective part that was under warranty and they covered the three hours of labor for installing it again. My mother’s three-year battery was very low on charge and it was a little over warranty and they covered the battery and charged only for labor. The technician caught it. My mother doesn’t have a cell phone and would’ve gotten stuck somewhere. O’Gormans is efficient, professional, and the staff is always so friendly and helpful. You won’t be disappointed using this great auto repair shop.

Very happy with my first experience at O'Gorman's. I was impressed with the quality of work provided by their talented technician Jake, as well as the high standard of customer service from staff in general. Jake did a brilliant job correcting a starting issue found to be caused by a mass air flow sensor incompatible with the car, installed by another shop. He resolved the issue so my 15-yr old car consistently starts AND runs beautifully with greatly improved overall performance. He also diagnosed and corrected a few previously undetected safety issues. Appreciate Maggie clearly transposing numerous details of the issue taken over the phone, and Pat providing updates on a daily basis and being open to discussing all repair options. At the initial consult it was reassuring that Angel & Maggie sat down and explained the scope of the work needed and details of part / labor cost. Angel's concern for the customer's safety assured me I was leaving my car in the best of hands. Appreciate Jake taking time to later go over the issue in person. After creating a positive 1st impression they did not disappoint. I can say without reservation that your vehicle and you will be treated very well. And if you request Jake as your technician, you will not be sorry.

Great owner, looking over his staff had to stop by to get emissions done, this is a unique place we're they actually do emissions all other places turned me away i.e. Jiffy Lube, 2 separate Valvoline locations and Dave's repair on Forest Home Ave were Valvoline told me to go. The fact is that they do emissions and make it easy to get renewal stickers for $10.00 is greatly appreciated to the automotive community, the waiting room was clean and pleasant, trim work carpentry was completed to the highest standards which speaks to me, attention to detail is present, something you don't find with franchise locations. Open bible was a nice touch as well.

We have taken several of our vehicles to o'gorman's for a number of years. Their service is good. The hours are more limited due to the size of the shop, but I'm willing to take the effort to go to a place that is smaller and has quality people and work rather than a place that just wants sell me something or not fix the entire problem so I keep coming back.

I am newer to the Milwaukee area and was nervous about finding a good mechanic/auto shop that I could trust. I found the shop through the AAA website and new that I would be coming back after the first visit. It is a nice facility with a comfortable waiting room. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The deals/coupons are great, but my favorite is that they will provide a loaner car (if available) while your car is being worked on. This has allowed me to still go to work and not have to take a vacation day. I am very glad to have found a place I can trust.

Great service, friendly knowledgeable staff. I went in for my emissions testing and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. I'll definitely come back when my car needs any service needed in the future. I'll definitely tell my friends and co-workers about my great experience that I had.

Needed an emissions test. Sorry they no longer do them. When I did go there in the past, the place was emaculate, staff was polite and respectful. Hope they're still the same in case I need repairs or other car services!

They got me in quickly for an emissions test with no appointment and were very nice throughout the whole experience. Will definitely consider going back for maintenance on my car.

They are the best! Twice something was wrong with my car when I drove it, but not for them. They tried to fix it anyway and did research on the issue. They gave me a loaner car both times and didn't charge a thing, not even for the diagnosis or the use of their car! Wonderful people!!!

I recently brought my 2016 Kia Soul to their shop because my 'check engine' (radiator) light came on. It cost $89 just to plug codes into the computer (or whatever it is they do!), but I was reassured that this includes diagnosing etc. They were done in only a couple of hours, and apparently Kias has this issue ... the young man researched online and printed out some information for me. He was very informative and helpful.

I've become a regular customer here for a few reasons. One, I am always treated promptly and professionally. Two, the reception area is always clean and pleasant. Three, I feel that the mechanics and front desk people are on the level with me. I prefer this shop versus going to the dealer. More prompt attention, and just a better trust level.

O'Gormans has serviced my wife's car and my car faithfully for over 10 years. They are courteous and friendly, they do quality work, and their shop is clean with a very inviting environment for waiting customers. Beth and Erica are great in the office. They give great customer service. I know when I bring my car to O'Gorman's that they will be honest about what needs to be fixed and they also make an effort to do it at a reasonable rate. I recommend them to my friends and family.

O'Gorman's is great place to take your car, Their service is quick and if it's going to take longer they have a loner you can use. I take my car there all the time because of the quality service and the friendly staff, They always have coffee if you are waiting for an oil change, tires rotation, or emission test. If you are a AAA member you get a discount and whats better than that!
