Northeastern Nevada Regional Hospital

I can say I lived around this area about 8 years ago. I moved to Oregon 2 years ago. I was very happy with the Dr. Nurses. Not just one person shined, they all a 5 stars from me.

I want to take a moment to give my Biggest Graditude to the NNRH staff. The ER CREW, RESPIRATORY CREW, RADIOLOGY CREW, CATH LAB CREW, ICU CREW, LAB CREW, Director Stephanie, ER Director Jenn Tingle, Kelsie Gailey, Dr. Chan, Dr. Khan, Dr. Adan, Carey Thomas, Tom (RT), Trish (Radiology), ER admissions, Jessica D. ER RN, Kendra ER RN, Billy Rad Tech, Frank Rad Tech, Shelby ICU RN, Joedee ICU RN, Kelsey ER RN/MedX Flight nurse, Elizabeth Cath Lab(the person that was my lifeline to my husband, while he was away from me). THANK YOU! I know that I have missed some people, my apologies for not knowing your name, or misspelling. My husband and I want you to know just how very Special you are to him and me. You all are LIFE SAVERS and I pray that you all receive beautiful blessings in your lives for what you do EVERYDAY at work to care for others and SAVE LIVES!! I recently had my baby at NNRH and it was an overall positive experience! I had to undergo an unexpected emergency C-section and all the nurses were wonderful during the surgery and the few days of recovery. I felt safe and well cared for. All my questions and concerns were answered. Nurses and doctors cared very well for me and baby. They even called me a couple days after being discharged to check in on us!

They got my daughter in right away they were fast and good to us this was our first time ever having to come to the hospital I was very impressed with our visit

Recently had a routine procedure at the hospital. Everyone from reception, admitting, all the nurses and the doctor were friendly, efficient and caring. Great experience.

A surgical experience is never fun and is full of unknowns, but the entire staff at NNRH, from scheduling to discharge, was amazing to not only myself as the patient, but also my family who was there to support me. It is a blessing to have such access to high quality health care right here in Elko.

3 of my kids and I received our flu shots at the hospital’s flu shot clinic. I have only good things to say! It was very organized and efficient. Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant, prompt, kind, and professional. My youngest daughter was especially nervous, and the nurse caring for her did such a great job! We all drove away with smiles on our faces - something I didn’t expect when leaving a flu shot clinic with a car full of kids.

I'm a nurse at a partner hospital in Salt Lake. I work closely with this hospital's Emergency department, Central Scheduling and Interventional Radiology Dept. I receive calls from the staff who take such great care of my patients who live in Nevada. I am heartened by how they treat my chronically ill patients who require frequent visits to their hospital. I had a busy charge nurse from the Emergency Dept take time to call me about a patient who had left against medical advice. She tried everything she could do to comfort the patient and ensure she got the care she needed. They truly care about patients at this hospital during a very challenging time with limited resources.

I am in the er right now, my husband is being seen for a UTI. The experience has been pleasant (as pleasant as a er visit can be). The nurses, techs and Dr (pa) were extremely polite and knowledgeable. We are very happy with this experience.

The drive thru flu shot event on Saturday 10/15 was very well organized and every person working there was friendly and professional. Thank you NNRH for making it safe & easy to get vaccinated.

We brought our daughter to the ER. Those situations are never fun; however we received good care. We really appreciated how well the billing procedures were explained to us. I know Elko hospital has a bad reputation, but we had a good experience and were impressed with the billing transparency.

2022 drive-thru Flu Shot event at NNRH was another success. Arrived early, in and out before the 8 am start time. It's so funny to watch some of the new nursing students giving their first shots, sweating bullets! 😅 LOL... The volunteers are always cheerful... It's an annual event that Diana and I do together every year! Thank you NNRH...

My family has been in and out of the ER many times. We have had at least 3-4 incidents where a family member had whiplash/hit while riding a bike. Emergency surgeries, heart trouble, stitches, croup, concussions from PE at the high school, just to name a few. I have always felt like the staff was caring and helpful. It takes a while to get all the tests back - CT Scans, blood work, call the anesthesiologist and surgeons, but I have always felt like the doctors and other medical professionals in the ER were people I could trust and were easy to talk to and understand.

The day that I had my car accident the emergency staff were prompt and attentive regarding my injury. Everything was coordinated in very orderly and diligent manner. Doctors performed flawlessly in the surgery. All in all they did a great job. Thank you!

It's been years since I've had any sort of stressful experience regarding nnrh. They have always done well, especially with my son, who honestly is the most important person to me, so it's a plus that they've always done well with him. They've always taken me seriously or at least tried their hardest and, like I said, aside from a couple things a few years ago, they've been perfect. Also, with billing, I think some are forgetting that they'll likely receive separate bills related to the same visit as the hospital bills their services separately from the Dr who treated you, radiology, etc.

I used to hate this hospital. But recently I can definitely say the quality of care lept up considerably, I recanted my last review and no longer do I hate you. The quality of care increased and you saved my life, and treated me with dignity and respect.

I was just there for Four days 3 nights there And in the "PAST" i Hated that place it was all about money and no care but when I was just Admitted the staff was outstanding I felt like I was apart of there family and thay took great care of my family who came and visited me please give thim another chance thay are going through huge changes and I have talk to alot of the staff and Management.thabk you all for taking care of me now on the road to recovery 🙏 I definitely will be back if I nead great care ❤

Just had a grandson and Absolutely live our nurse Kayla ! She has been great to my daughter and grandson Dre'vyn

I was in the hospital experiencing a heart attach on 9/8/18 and everyone who I came into contact with was professional and knew what they were doing, from the ER to the cath lab and ICU, I couldn't have asked for better care. A couple gals from the ER and Cath lab came to my room to check on me, which I greatly appreciated. Thank you all.

In the past year I've had occasion to visit both the hospital and the ER multiple times.

I cannot imagine better care or kinder and more professional people than those I've encountered here. God bless them all!
