So far this has been my experience at this office.

The doctor is wonderful and very approachable.

There was a hiccup with the billing process and it was easily resolved by phone.

He’s been my Primary Care Physician for many years now. He’s seen me through some some unwell times. The thing that moves me most about him is his manners, his bedside manner, his compassion, his patience. The way he listens to you, knows your medical history and is extremely knowledgeable in what he does. His office staff are all on top of their game, knowledgeable in insurance, kind…so genuinely kind. Efficient…they are simply an amazing team. I can’t say enough good about him. Let Doctor Shopping stop here…Elko is so lucky to have him!

Dr. Whimple and his staff are wonderful! I have had nothing but great experiences with them. Gloria is so very thoughtful and kind! Adrienne rocks! Dr. Whimple really listens and explains everything in detail, answering all my questions. Lord knows I'm a frequent visitor. I'm blessed to have my health, as well as my families health, in their caring hands.

Best doctor in town

If I could give 0 stats I would. My son was in a car accident and I called and made him an apt with Dr whimple. Came time for his apt and my son went in and the lady at desk said she had nothing in the system for him and was rude. We waited 3 weeks for this apt and they just blew it off like nothing when it was their fault. She treated me like I didn't even make an apt for him and I messed up. So frustrating, won't go back. So sick of people working in the people field that can't do their job.
