Was recommended here for programming after I changed my transmission. I have an off-road jeep so I've removed fuses and deleted any items to perform better off-road, they understood. They kept in contact with me from the time I had it dropped off. They had it fixed in just a few days! Very nice, honest and reasonably priced. Thank you again!

I brought my car to this shop and I have to say, the entire staff was not only professional and helpful in every way. I needed to get my alternator fixed and they went above and beyond. This is where you take you car. Thanks to Howard and Mike. You guys rock!!!

Brought my car here on the recommendation of another shop. The repairs were done quickly and at a fair price. Fair prices and good service seems to be unachievable for most places these days. Considering they do both, I would not hesitate to take my vehicles back.

Mike, the owner, was very responsive and explained in detail the problems and costs of repair before he began any work. His charges are very reasonable, and a fraction of what the BMW and Mercedes dealerships quoted me. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

This place was amazing. I took my wife’s car to Massey Cadillac while it had a warranty and they never fixed the main issue. The warranty ran out and they wanted to charge $1,500 just to look for the issue. So glad I came to Paris. They ran several diagnostics and immediately found and fixed the issue. I definitely will be back. The entire process was professional. Howard was extremely professional and helpful

This is the cleanest most professional automotive repair shop I have ever been in. They had a Ferrari sitting in the immaculate garage,so I thought they would be super expensive, but I was desperate. They were reasonable efficient and fixed items other shops had missed on my mustang. Although they are way out of my way I might make the drive in the future. A honest shop and an owner that truly cares is hard to find.
You won't be disappointed I feel like I could personally guarantee that.

I have been finding myself coming to Mike's shop over and over again on all occasions relating to vehicle maintenance and repair on 4 different vehicles. The quality work delivered at Paris Automotive is second to none, and I cannot recommend this shop enough to friends, coworkers, and anyone else I know! If the problem exists, Mike can fix it, and he is always more than willing to walk you all the way through the process, giving many informative tips along the way. If school could have gotten through the amount of knowledge in such a small amount of time as Mike could crash course you in, I would be an engineer by now. Time and time again I find the process pain-free and pleasant from start to finish. The work they do over there is well worth it, and you don't have to worry about an issue resurfacing once they've touched it. My only regret is that it's taken me this long to give Mike's shop its well deserved 5 star review, they are some of the most professional and supportive people in the business!

I have been taking my BMW for repair and diagnostic repair to Mike and Howard Auto shop for past five years. They do have excellent diagnostic and re-programming knowledge, honest and fair price. I highly recommend them and give them a try you will be glad you did because its a facts from a happy and satisfy repeated customer.

This place was absolutely phenomenal! I had gotten a quote and recommendation that I needed to have some parts replaced on my car, and when I brought my car here to Paris Automotive he reassured me that the costly work wouldn’t be necessary at this time and my car would be good to go for a long road trip we have coming up next week. Extremely professional people, very kind and informative!

Very clean shop! The owner and technicians are very professional and easy to work with. The shop was highly reccomeded to me, so I brought in my Suburban for a major oil leak. They took photos of exactly where the leak originated and easily explained the process of fixing it. Excellent quality auto repair, way better than the dealer.

Mike is the best. I've been having problems with a Mini Cooper throwing air bag and seat belt fault codes. In the process of attempting to correct the issue myself, the foot-well module went bad and the car became virtually unusable and a safety hazard. Took it to Mike's shop and he confirmed the mat sensor and foot-well module needed to be replaced. Instead of charging me for this (which would have been close to 3k), he mentioned both were covered under an extended warranty due to recalls. The Mini dealership corrected the issues free of charge. Thanks Mike!

I needed a water pump put on my wife's 2011 GMC Yukon that I could not get to myself. I called around for quotes and ultimately had to work done at here. They did good clean work. Howard even cleaned up the vehicle of some mud and debris that was on it from the hurricane that just came through.

Best Mechanic! I will only take my cars to Mike. I've gone to other places where my vehicle has been misdiagnosed and/or over charged. Mike pretty much gives me a crash course of whats going on w my car. He has a lot of knowledge and is great. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Awesome job done on my SBC! They worked out several issues in my project build to help me get it finished and now ON THE ROAD! They can even do work on carburetors, tuning too. They made me a customer for life.

I have been using this mechanic for the last 10 years and I dont trust anyone else that I dont personally know. He is a savant in the auto world, a "CAR WHISPERER" if you will. Mike never stops learning so he can be on top of it all and demands the same from his employees making them take classes on the latest things.
