Scott and friends are all a great group of guys, very helpful and knowledgeable and more importantly, quality cars and canopies at very good prices! I got an awesome deal on mine!

My husband and I recently bought a car, Scott was our sales man, buying a newer used car is extremely stressful for me, it’s one of those things that I put off until I just couldn’t anymore as I need a reliable safe vehicle to transport my most precious cargo “grand-babies” and “fur-babies” plus commute to and from work.

I knew what I was looking for and had been shopping for months prior. I found just what I was looking for at quality cars, I did my due diligence on the vehicle prior to going in and had a few questions about the vehicle, Scott was able to answer my questions and then some, he made sure everything checked out and had me driving off the lot in no time at all, we did most of the car buying process via phone and email.

Scott is very laid back, wasn’t pushy like some car sales men I’ve dealt with in the past. If you’re looking to purchase a used car I’d 💯 percent recommend Scott with quality cars! If you are looking for affordable cars and want to work with some honestly good people, go visit Scott at this location. He was so patient with me while I contacted insurance companies and was very nice to my little sister while I had her there with me. He was also very understanding about financial situations and wasn’t pushy like some of the other car salesman’s at different companies that I have been to. This was the easiest and quickest car buying experience to the point where if I had the money I would buy another car. Thanks Scott for the new wheels!!

What a great place to buy a used car. Scott is awesome, no pressure to buy. I went online, found the cars I was interested in and he had them ready for me to test drive when I arrived in Grants Pass. Never did he try to put me in anything else. He gave me free range to choose the car of my liking. Scott is super friendly and very helpful. He had an honest answer for every question I asked. I would recommend Quality Cars to my friends and family without hesitation. I love my used but new to me car.

Just had the most wonderful experience at Quality Cars as a first time car buyer. Brandon went above and beyond in helping make me feel comfortable and working with me to get the best deal. We worked from a distance and he helped in every step of the process. The place really stands by its name with excellent customer service. I've never written a review before for any product or experience. This is my first review - and probably last - because Quality Cars is that good.

Probably because of TV and movies, I was skeptical about going to a used car lot. I went to Quality Cars towards the end of May, and I was pretty nervous when I first walked in and worried that I'd be taken advantage of. Not so. Go see Brian - he's personable and fair, and genuinely wants his customers to have a good experience. I made an offer, and got a great deal on a sweet used car. I walked away feeling super satisfied and confident with my purchase.

Brian told me if anything went wrong over the next couple weeks to give him a call. After a couple days, I noticed my steering wheel was shaking at highway speeds. I called Brian and drove it back in the following day and Quality Cars took care of the issue for me.

It's been nearly two months and I'm still super happy with my car. I recommend Quality Cars. They will be my first stop the next time I need a new (used) ride.

I recently took my gf here to finance her first car after getting a recommendation. I gotta say, I’ve been to a lot of car lots in the past and this was the most comfortable experience I’ve had buying a car. There was no pressure, they have a two week guarantee on absolutely everything, a good selection with reasonable prices, and above all, they felt honest and genuine. I didn’t feel like they were working one over on us. 10/10 will recommend and be back next time I need a car.

These guys are awesome. I had interest in a 2014 Ford Fusion S, and did lots of research before buying. I recommend looking up the VIN to check for any recalls, and the one I was looking into had 3 recalls. I brought it up to them, they had it fixed same day with documentation of the fixes at the Ford dealership! Then I had the car examined at my work, (I work in an auto shop) and realized that one of the tires was severely bald and it needed new brake pads ASAP. I let them know, thinking they would tell me it was "as is" and would be my responsibility to fix if I wanted to buy. But, to my amazement they immediately said "we will get that fixed for you, TODAY!" Instead of replacing just one tire, they replaced both back tires! Put new brake pads on, and are replacing the windshield this week due to a couple cracks in it that I didn't even notice or bring up to them. These guys are awesome, they made sure I was taken care of so that my kids and I were safe in our new vehicle. Thank you guys so much for your kindness, quick assistance and making it painless for me to get into a car that would be reliable for me. You guys rock!
