They have a very good selection of of building materials, paint, tools , power tools, landscaping tools and their bulk bens have the best selection that I’ve ever seen.

Customer service was outstanding! Thank you so much, Laura. Even though the store was out of the wooden handles needed for my edger, she went way over and above to try to find one, as she did an inventory check which showed there were 2 in-stock.
She was quick, helpful and friendly.

I regularly shop at Diamond Home Improvement. I will only shop at Home Depot if Diamond doesn't have what I'm looking for. Primarily, I am drawn to the nursery. They carry such a great selection of plants, I am never disappointed. The staff are especially helpful and knowledgeable. I have worked with many employees there, I think Emily and Donna are the best! Through the six years I have been with my current company, our team has made several special orders for plants/soil/supplies/etc. Emily has been extremely helpful with these special orders! She has also guided me to all the things in stock that are available in the nursery. Since she started working at Diamond, I have also seen them start to bring in houseplants, which is so wonderful, because they used to not carry them at all. You can tell she has a true passion for plants, gardening, and home improvement. Not only will Emily answer all my questions about the nursery, she has a wonderful knowledge of other departments and will let me know what aisle I need to travel to when searching for other items in the store. I hope the upper management realizes this, because I'm sure this woman needs a raise! Thanks Emily, for all you do to make Diamond Home Improvement a wonderful place to shop at in Grants Pass!

The employees go out of their way to assist you in finding exactly (or as close as possible, based on inventory) what you're looking for. In fact, they're too helpful, because hardware and auto parts stores are like toy stores for me. For me, half the fun is "searching" for what I need, because during my "search" I get to look at all of the other things I didn't know I needed or gotta have. When they take you to what you're looking for, it takes the fun out of it. That's ok though... I'll get over it. Highly recommend this store for what you need. 👍

Fellowship Fencing just installed a 258’ cedar fence around my property. I’m really happy with the result. We were getting some bad weather during construction but the company just worked through it. The most noteworthy thing I have to say about Fellowship Fencing is that the owner has excellent communication skills, something I’ve noticed lacking in other contractors these days. Honesty and a real concern for my satisfaction was a priority for this company.

I have definitely had better experiences at Diamond than I ever have at the Depot.
Everything is more convenient from the parking to the loading and everything in between. I'm glad we have a Diamond and I would definitely recommend people to check them out if they haven't already.

Great staff. Very helpful when needed. Good variety of stock. Richard Vining in the flooring department was very helpful in choosing a new floor for our house. He was very knowledgeable about the different choices. They have a huge variety of colors and materials for any taste.

I have a bunch of rentals so I shop at Diamond all the time I like it better than Home Depot because the clerks are more readily available. They have a good selection and I think good prices. I have also stopped shopping at Home Depot as much as possible because they took away the veteran's discount. Diamond gives a 10% veterans discount and they never even ask for proof your a veteran.

Shout out to the lady in charge of ordering house plants. They have a great selection now and actually care for them. Thank you. My family is always looking for more house plants to add to our addiction ha!

Friendly staff to help find items. Stock can be a bit limited on some items. Prices are sometime lower then other stores on certain items and higher on others. Overall a good place for home improvement and gardening supplies, without having to go very far into town. Also, free popcorn in nice.

Diamond has always been wonderful. The staff is knowledgeable and NICE! No matter what other store opens in GP, I will continue to shop at Diamond because they have earned my business for years with quality products, good prices and wonderful service. AND they support the local community with American values!

Thought I was picking up my carpet in Grants Pass, instead it was waiting for me at Klamath Falls. Richard was very courteous and knew I was disappointed. He had it sent on the truck over to Grants Pass and then kept in touch by phone until a friend could pick it up. Great customer service!!!

Diamond has a great selection of power tools, and almost always a few bucks cheaper than home depot. Plus they have a better variety of brand names. Also they have bulk nails and screws which saves a bunch of money and you can get as many or as few as needed so you don't have to buy a whole box of screws if you only need a couple, and I don't feel like I'm in Walmart when I am shopping there.

DIAMOND HOME IMPROVEMENT. A local business that still puts the customer first. This is my second major flooring purchase with DIAMOND and the products,customer service and finished product was better than I anticipated. Great store with helpful staff. Even when their computer system went offline, they were organized and all very cool calm and collected in getting customers processed manually.

Great service and selection. Good prices and a great local company. In addition to their lumber and tools, they have the best nut and bolt selection in town.

This was the first time I've been in this store I went in with an idea that A friend gave me to help me out it didn't work but let me tell you the associate Pete he was brainstorming everything he could to help me out making it as simple as he can for me knowing that I have very limited access to being able to fix things he was awesome and Diamond store is an awesome Place very reasonable I highly recommend this place I will be coming back for sure thanks again Pete

Good customer service spacious and clean aisles, and prices are reasonable. I ordered replacement windows after comparison-shopping they had the best deal.
