While visiting friends we had and issue with our oxygen. A nice heavy set guy helped us fix our leaking bottle. If we're back in town and need anything medical we will go strait to Rick's.

On vacation in Grans Pass and had an issue with my CPAP machine. Rick’s was able to get me the part I needed quickly.Very good customer service.wished I lived closer so I could patronize this store more often.

We recently purchased a lift chair from Rick’s and they were so accommodating and very helpful staff to deal with. Highly recommend for any medical needs

I needed a diagnostic meter and they were one of the few places anywhere that had one. Not even Amazon had them. These guys were very helpful and polite.

I needed a pair of crutches or pads for my current crutches. The help I got here was beyond appalling and the lady who didn't greet us but rather tried to avoid eye contact so she didn't have to help was not helpful or respectful. When we asked about the top pads she had nothing to say except that they can't be returned. I do not recommend you go here.

UPDATE ON JUST HOW BAD THIS BUSiNESS IS:
If you want cra....service, go to Ricks. My previous review remains highly accurate there is just more malarky to add. The billing dept. ie Maria, should not interface with the clientele. Her people skills are shy of lousy. It's been at least one and a half years since I'd experienced enough dishonesty (shorting me on every re-order for supplies) and ceased using them as my supplier. Nevertheless, Rick's haunts me. This time Maria didn't bill properly and is trying to hang the lack of payment on me. It's somewhat amusing, as she has no way of ultimately getting me to pay for what my insurance would have paid...if she had billed them. Seriously, folks, Apria Medical Supply has an office in Medford. They are countrywide and run like a tight ship. I prefer to support local businesses however, Ricks can run themselves into the ground for all I care.

Every CPAP supply box I have received from Rick's has missed something I ordered. Every single time! MY BAD for giving them 3rd and 4th chances to make good. This last order had the product bags, I counted to make sure I had everything but when I got home I discovered 3 of the 5 bags were split at the bottom and therefore empty! Customer service has told me from orders before this one, since I signed for the supplies that meant I had in fact, receive what I had ordered. Those were instances were I signed and did not check the order before I left the premises. They do not return calls and do not have an automated system for replenishing supplies so, I had to call and prompt them! Not my job! I am ordering from a national supplier now. Believe me, You don't need the head ache!

I had 2 back surgery order a walker 3 week later I got my walker ok and now they said they will deliver it. But it is on there time. Unknown date so I have to find way to get down to them in pain and leg weakness hard to walk. Go to medford or any other place. Not here.

Have been there before and had a nice experience. Today was the polar opposite of that! When I showed up they had a sign that said "closed for inventory". There was someone nearby and I got her attention. She walked up to the door and pointed to the sign as if I was too ignorant to have read it. I asked her through the locked door when they would be open again. She shrugged and said "whenever inventory is done". I asked when they anticipated that would be and she got the attention of another person. That person came to the door, motioned to hang on a moment, then they both went up to a counter and began talking and looking over paperwork. I waited and waited and they just continued to ignore me. I left and I shall NEVER return. Very rude and unprofessional!!!

Slow service. Requested quotes for a lift chair and a week and a half later still no quotes. So If your in need of something asap I suggest going elsewhere.
