This is the first time that I have received flowers from Probst, but the condolence bouquet that was ordered online for me was beautiful - the light pink roses were very large and extremely fragrant (I couldn't walk by without smelling them!). The whole bouquet has lasted 10 days with frequent water changes. Thank you Probst!

The choices for delivered flowers are overwhelming. Numerous online outlets, Amazon, Costco and local flower shops. Unsure of the quality of the online stores, I phoned this local shop and spoke with a lovely woman who helped me decide on a bouquet of the freshest flowers she just got in (lilies, roses and some small filler flowers in a vase) for a very reasonable price ($35 and no charge for delivery to the hospital). They were delivered today to my Grandma, who described them as simply gorgeous, the prettiest arrangement she has ever received (and she will be 85 years old next month). She was over the moon happy. I can't thank this shop enough for providing such excellent customer service over the phone and for making a quality arrangement for my sweet Granny.

Have been using this shop for many years. I live out of state and use this shop for flowers for my mom. They are courteous, friendly and professional. Best of all the flowers are always beautiful arrangements and my mom thinks I've spent a hundred dollars when I've spent $50-70. I often leave the choice up to them, perhaps I'll give a color theme and types of flowers mom likes. Tip, given my mom is trying to give stuff away instead of collect, I always ask for wrapped flowers, no basket or vase. Highly recommend them.

We called a day in advance to have them supply a bouquet of 54 roses. This was the 4th and final call we made because the previous three florists we called could not fill that order on short notice. We picked them up the next morning and they were exactly as we had asked for and in perfect bloom. They were very friendly and professional. The price we substantial but still less then I expected it to be. I will go straight to this shop for all my floral needs in the future. 5 stars!

I would like to take a moment to say thank you, for your ongoing care and dedication to detail with the beautiful arrangements you continue to make for my father‘s grave. Each time we come into your shop we always walk out the door with an arrangement that has exceeded our expectations. I ordered on line, the flowers were delivered on time. When the flowers arrived for my friends funeral they were beautiful just beautiful. Thank You for the great service.

If I were to rate the flowers sent by your shop on Saturday Nov. 15th for a memorial honoring my brother, it would be a 10. It was just what I had hoped for and more. Thank you so much. Have been sending my parents flowers from this shop for several years now and they are always thrilled with the arrangements. The pictures that I have seen of the actual flowers in their home have looked even more impressive than the picture from the website.
