Riverside Park

Beautiful location with walking trails, playground, sports fields, and areas to sit and enjoy the Rouge River. Dog friendly. Plenty of free parking. Multiple pavilion areas for gatherings and picnics.

It's a nice park. There are a bunch of cool things to do with little kids here. They have a water park section that is currently closed, but I assume it opens up in the summer. There is ample parking. It does harbor a not insignificant homeless population, though that hasn't caused me any trouble personally.

I LOVE this beautiful park! I take my dog there almost every day and we really like how well it is kept up. It's big enough to have a interesting and lengthy walk. Parking is wonderful, there are numerous of ways to enter it.

A very large roomy park to take the family or meet on a play date. The public restrooms are one of the cleanest I have been in, the playground is huge, lots of seating, plenty of parking and just an absolute beautiful setting right on the river! The only down side is no dog park.

Love this park! So many events are held here every year.. great place to take the dog or the kids. Even just yourself if you want to listen to the river.

Went to memorial weekend BoatNick, it was super fun to spend time with family. The food and rides were good!

Boatnik is always an event. The place was crowded and everyone seemed to be having a good time. Not too many strange beings wandering around.
The young people manning the gate to the handicap parking area were wonderful. They spent a long day there.
Of course, funnel cake just had to be bought! Same people serving it for many years. They graduated to a bigger trailer this year.
Then it started to sprinkle and the drag boat race was canceled until tomorrow.

Riverside park is a wonderful get away from the hustle and bustle of life for a little while. It is a great place to walk your dog. Also to let the youngins play. They have an awesome water pad for kids in the summer time which is exactly what is needed on a hot day. If you haven't been here...... then go and see it for yourself. Really nice and big park. Boatnik held here every year. Lot of ducks,geese and wildlife. Ducks and geese Really enjoy handouts and will come up to and follow you around.

Beautiful! So happy to have our park back! Wonderful place for our family to gather and appreciate the outdoors.

We went today.. why are all of you complaining there is homeless here when they all live in there car? Most of them are families not bad people yall need to stop complaining and vote for someone to fix this problem

Very cool public park with a water play area for kids, bathrooms, boat ramp, walking trails, gazebos and pavilions. There is so much to do here and plenty of room.

Beautiful park right next to the river. Swings, playground, splash park, and more. It’s always clean has a big grass field for picnics or sports.

This place e is amazing! Beautiful variety of giant trees. Nice little walking path around to get a good view.

Stopped here on our road trip and it was absolutely perfect! The splash pad came on shortly after we arrived and baby girl LOVED it. We were able to walk around, see the ducks, play on the playground and even eat a little snack at the picnic tables. Just the break from our car ride we needed!

A lot of homeless hang there. Thanks for giving them some place to feel safe. Been there, done that.
