My family were in from out of town and had 2 great experiences here- from a friendly cashier to another awesome employee making amazing sandwiches for us at the deli for our trip up to Crater Lake (and we’re from NY so a compliment on the sandwich is a big deal). There seems to be a nice team working here- thank you!

Needed to get a flower arrangement for someone that just had a terrible family tragedy. The florists were on lunch and Sheri stepped up to help us even though this wasn't her department or area of expertise. She was kind, compassionate, and extremely helpful. The kind of customer service you just don't see much of these days. Thank you Sheri!!

Wanted to give a quick shout out to Vince over in deli. He was incredibly helpful and professional. He maintained a positive attitude, even when short staffed with a long line of customers, and made my quick trip to the store a positive experience.

The deli gentleman was very pleasant and I didn't feel rushed. He was very busy cleaning and actually doing his job :)

I really like Safeway. I extremely appreciate their free Wi-Fi. I also love the discounts available when using the Safeway app. I always check out what I can add to my list and save big on before I go shopping there. Lastly, I really like their pharmacy. The line can be extremely long often times but there is a lady that works there that is super nice. I always enjoy seeing her when I go pick up my father-in-laws prescriptions.

If you have health problems that make it difficult or dangerous for you to shop in store for your groceries, there’s something wonderful about this Safeway that makes my life EXPONENTIALLY EASIER AND SAFER with ease and great selections.

The “pick up from store” aka “drive up and go” option is a lifesaving game changer and Mike and the rest of the team are AMAZING. It may seem odd or exaggerated but they literally IMPROVE my quality of life with long Covid and Congenital Heart Failure (thanks Covid).

Thank you to Safeway for bringing Drive Up and Go to Grants Pass , but the biggest thanks goes out to the team behind Drive Up and Go for ALL of their help !!!!!!!!

Nothing really to say negative because I only went to get bottled water. Aisles were well marked so, just went in, walked to the proper aisle, got my water and checked out.

Even tho the Williams Hwy Safeway is under renovation, they still have a well stocked store. Staff is helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the jalapeños bagels from the bakery needs improvement.

Love this Safeway, all the employees are super nice. Deli and Starbucks crew are superhuman multitaskers and cashiers are keep the longest lines moving super fast. I appreciate the floor staff keeping the store fully stocked and presentable. Thanks for doing a great job!!!

A very nice shopping experience. The store was clean and well organized. The employees very polite and helpful. Melissa was one of the best. A very good manager.

Best place to get groceries with deals like 4 for 20 on most meats. It makes for a good place to stock up.

It’s my go to grocery store. I utilize the rewards towards gas and that is helpful. The staff is kind. They have most everything I need.

We really appreciate our Safeway Store. Other than Growers Market, some favorite farm stands and our own garden they are our go to source for produce. Consistent quality and selection won us over. The folks who work the department really care and it shows. The displays are truly beautiful.

They've got a good deli. Five dollar Fridays too. Five $ for eight piece chicken. Yummy! Safeways fruit selection is very good. And the Floral Department is awesome. Great designers and fresh flowers. Blooming plants green plant. Good yummy bakery too.

Love my downtown Safeway. Best customer service ever. Always have the freshest produce. And everything else I need. Great selection of meats and poultry. Kids love the cookies and fresh doughnuts. There rotisserie chickens are really good for quick dinner to go.
