Felsing Service

I've had experiences in the past where mechanics took advantage of my lack of car knowledge to make a quick buck, so when I moved across town I knew I needed to find a shop I could trust. Felsing was recommended to me and I am SO glad! The entire process from requesting an appointment online to taking your car home is easy and straightforward. They've always gotten back to me quickly when I submit a request and I love that they send a quote for the work you're asking them to do before they even look at your car. They send a link where you're able to access that quote as they update it and approve or deny any extra work they recommend. Their communication is 10/10, everything they've done to my car they've explained honestly and in easy-to-understand terms so I've never left feeling confused or robbed. I'll probably never take my car anywhere else again!

When I finally located someone, they were very helpful in assisting me. They fixed my flat tire with a used one and gave me a great price! I will definitely go back.

This was my first time going to Felsing Service and I will be a return customer. I will say this was the best customer service at an auto repair I have ever experienced. They explained all I needed repaired clearly and it was well detailed and clear for my understanding. My car is running fantastic. I am going to recommend others to Felsing Service. This place is great they are super friendly and very affordable. I brought my car in for some rattling noise under the back end of my car and they fixed it in a timely matter AAYYEEEE :) I had other minor things done as well super affordable though. My front end of my bumper was missing a screw which caused it to hang (I did not mention that to them) and they fixed that at no cost without me even asking. I got my car back cleaned and vacuumed felt like I was driving a new car. I will definitely be back if I need anything serviced in the future. 10/10

These guys are great! Both receptionists are super helpful, accommodating, and quick to communicate. (I don't know if it's a good thing or bad thing that they both know me by name! haha) The service is efficient and thorough, and I love the little touch of vacuuming the driver's and passengers floor at the end of the visit. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to switch car mechanics.

I recently had an oil change at Felsings. They are a wonderful business. They are professional, knowledgeable and mist importantly honest. They are the best in the business.

By FAR one of the best, most trustworthy repair shops I have ever seen. They showed me things that they do not even repair but were detrimental to my and my Family's safety. I will be using this repair shop exclusively for future repair. Bottom line is , YOU CAN TRUST FELSING SERVICE.

Felsing Auto is the auto shop your neighbors tell you about, complete with the candy jar on the counter. It's also the friendliest and cleanest shop I've ever seen. It's a gem!

Additional services are all entirely optional, and there's no pressure because you can approve/deny anything from the link you receive.

These are trustworthy mechanics. Twice, I thought my car would require costly repairs. Both times it turned out to be a very minor issue, which they fixed quickly. They are honest, even when that means a significantly lower bill than was originally estimated.

I was looking for a shop to repair a loose heat shield. I came across this company on google. The appointment setting online was fast and convenient! I was contacted right away confirming appointment details. I got there a few minutes early and they took me right away. Friendly and prompt service! Will be coming back for other car maintenance, repairs and issues. Definitely recommend!

Have been going to Felsing for a while now and they have been great! Very quick, transparent pricing, and they are able to work with you on time frame.

Felsing Service is our regular car-care center and has been for years! They always listen carefully as you describe your vehicle's problem. They let us know what they find and what it will cost to fix it. They don't push to fix something you don't want fixed.
