Great Place to shop. Great Customer service ask for John,Mike, or Alex they know pretty much everything about all the items in the store.

This is the best store ever. I've always so very much appreciated all the help with my projects!

If there was an award for having the greatest amount of inventory in the smallest space this place would win hands down. I've been in some awesome hardware stores in my time this one just blows me away.

This store is my first choice for hardware. Why? Customer service. The staff is always extremely helpful and will show you the exact product you seek. If they don't know something or don't have something, they will indicate right away and offer alternative problem solving help.
In the year since I first posted this review, I've done a lot of projects and the staff continues to be extraordinarily helpful.

Without a doubt the most helpful and courteous staff I've ever encountered inside a hardware store.

My husband and I are new to the neighborhood and we've been going to this Ace somewhat frequently with all of our projects for our new house. Every single time we have such wonderful service, the staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. We've been so impressed by their customer service every time, this location has certainly beocome our go to hardware stop.

The folks that manages this hardware store, are good people.

Had a problem with my car fob. Went in and a guy named Mike checked the battery, went to my car and sprayed WD 40 in the lock. Now it works great and no charge! Mike was the best.

Every single time I go to this store it is always one of the most pleasant moments in my life. The staff is always available from the front to all over each department. They are very friendly and very helpful. You cannot beat this hardware store in all area's of service, kindness, and great treatment of people.

Staff is more than helpful all the time

The perfect neighborhood hardware store. Knowledgeable staff and friendly. They pack a lot of stuff in a rather small store and have just about everything you need for home repair and yard. I like their Ace rewards program where every purchase grows to receiving $5, $10 off coupons in the mail. As a home owner, there's always something I need and every dollar counts!

Well, my visit to Ace Hardware on Lisbon was amazing. The gentleman in the paint department was able to match the paint color I purchased their years ago to the "T". The cashier at the exit rendered greeting upon my entrance to the store and a great customer service experience on my way out. I will return their to shop because of the excellent service. 👍

Great hardware store. Polite and helpful staff. They had items in stock that I needed and the pricing was very reasonable. Easy street parking in front of store.

Good neighbor hardware store. They have lots of tools, fittings, and a good selection of hardware. What's great is you can get get individual nuts and bolts! The people at the store are knowledgeable, friendly, and offer great advice.

I'm a first time homeowner and not very handy, and have made frequent trips here in the last couple of weeks. There is a good selection of items and employees are friendly, helpful, and transparent about what works best for particular projects. One employee even gave me a black & decker battery he owned but wasn't using for free, so I didn't have to buy a new one! Can't beat that!

We are always impressed by the level of customer service at this store. The manager and all the staff we’ve dealt with have been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It is so wonderful to have such an amazing resource in our neighborhood. We bring our lawn mower and snowblower here for service and there is always great turnaround time on repairs and tuneups. ☺👍🏻
