DON'T BOTHER SWITCHING TO CRICKET, THEY DON'T DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. We were going to switch plans to cricket for 4 phones. We happened to arrive before they opened at 10. We could see 2 employees were in the store they went in the back and we waited until they opened at 10. 10:18 and still no sign of employees doors were still locked but website said open. We called several times no answer and message said voicemail not set up. FOR A PHONE COMPANY TO NOT HAVE VOICEMAIL IS RIDICULOUS. Finally 2 employees pull up next to us laughing and with arms full of junk food. They unlocked the doors and said "we were doing our banking, we always do banking at this time. I said sorry what do you want me to do about it" We did not get a good first impression at all. They need to either alter their business hours or do their banking earlier or later. We called customer service and they said they would handle it internally and started telling us about their phone plans we told them no you just lost business for 4 phones. We felt that they would not take any further action on our complaints and nothing would change. They clearly don't care about customers or their time. THEY'RE CALLED CRICKET FOR A REASON IF YOU WANT A RESPONSE GOOD LUCK, ALL YOU'LL HEAR IS CRICKETS.
