AT&T Store

We had the most awesome service on 12/30/2023 from Elena. She was efficient, kind, respectful and explained everything thoroughly when we asked her questions. We ended up purchasing a different phone than what we originally considered, and this was because Elena was sensitive enough to find out what we really needed. She also was training Julianna, and a great learner! I’m confident she will be excellent, given how responsive she was to Elena! What a great team Elena is building!

The staff met me at the door listened to my issues and jumped in to help us. Our salesman explained things as he went. Excellent service! Manager followed up with us as he opened the door for us as we left.

My mother in-law had Verizon. She needed a new phone and after waiting for over 40 minutes we were greeted by the sales associate that basically rolled his eyes at us after we told him we needed a very simple phone, was so rude! I immediately walked next to AT&T and ask if we could add her to my plan and was greeted by 2 sales associate’s upon walking in. Alex assisted us and was so helpful in saving us money and providing the best options for a new phone. I have been with AT&T for over 20 years and will remain due to the helpful sales associate’s!!

As soon as I entered I was approached by a manager who was very friendly and professional. I explained my problem and it was taken care of. I was very happy with the outcome and will return for any other purchases.

In the past two week I had more than 5 stops into this store. Every single visit into the store was a pleasant time. Every encounter with each worker was so easy! Everyone at this location is very kind! Amazing customer service!

Alex is a great asset to your company- very friendly, helpful & actually searched/researched for what was best for our family. We walked in greeted by 3 or 4 staff members & were helped immediately. All staff members were very outgoing & kind.

6/16/23 Today was the 2nd time I had to go in store with concerns about my phone and plans in 2 months. Was given stellar service with Ash and other associates of this store. Issues were taken care of quickly and with a smile. Props to Ash and the manager of this store on 1st St. in Union Gap!

Ash Turner helped our office when we were looking for a new cellphone carrier for 10 employees in 3 different offices. He was courteous, professional, and absolutely accommodating. I found out afterward that the level of service he provided went above and beyond what is considered normal service. How do I know this? A previous employee from his store came into our office a couple months after we switched, offering other cell services. When I mentioned we were already happy AT&T customers and described the level of service Ash provided, I was informed that wasn't normal in AT&T stores. Ash Turner is
truly the epitome of great customer service and knows his products! I recommend seeing Ash for all your mobile needs.

We have been having a hard time visiting many places including this location regarding a issue with our plan. We finally found Isaac who helped us tremendously with utmost respect and professionalism. We are so grateful for his help in getting our situation solved and closed. Anali helped me get a new phone. Best customer service I have ever experienced. So knowledgeable and helpful with a bright smile and attitude.

We came in to change our wireless plan. There were already people in the store being helped but somebody came up to us and put us on the list within 5 minutes and in about 10 minutes we were meeting with someone. We were out of there within another 10 minutes. Super-easy and fast and we got exactly what we needed!

Ash got our bill sorted out, and got is upgraded on our TV and saved us $40 a month over what we were paying!

Kat got my new IPhone sorted out with all the updates that allowed it to initialize after a different dealer sent me home with a phone that didn’t work due to out of date software.

This ATT store has earned my everlasting business!

Isaac was very accommodating. Considering our first time in the store, he answers all our questions as first timers. His service was great, exemplary. Looking forward to doing more business especially with the great customer service provided.

I went into store trying to upgrade my phone (witch I wasn't able to do so, because strangely my phone was on the Black List?!). Mel consulted with her manager, witch I felt like she wasn't any help at all and seemed careless about the situation, manager never came over to explain anything to me instead brushed it off as if I didn't matter. When I needed this phone for my son urgently. Mel came over and did her best to help me with everything she could she even went out of her way to call herself customer service and explain to them that my phone shouldn't be on the "Black List" because it was never stolen. I left so upset and I also called numerous times to Customer Service and spent hours on the phone with them. Yet, Mel kept guiding me through it.
I finally went back after 48hrs and Mel helped me again and in less than 30 minutes I walk out with a new phone for my son!!! :) Thank you Mel, for helping us. I truly appreciate it lots.

I had an amazing experience with Mel. She was very professional. Answered all my questions from start to finish of my interaction. She got me all set up with my devices and service. I hope she sticks around with at&t for some time. Definitely will be going back.
