Mindy was awesome. Very knowledgeable about all of the computer accessories I needed. Good advice, helped me find everything quickly. Awesome experience. I got the distinct impression she's the type of person that genuinely cares about other people. Far exceeded my expectations of an Office Depot experience.

The staff in this store were absolutely amazing. Super helpful and very knowledgeable with helping me print my documents. Please let the staff know customers appreciate the efforts they put forth on that snowy day.

The staff are always willing to take the time to explain where items can be found or are other options for what I need. They are patient, friendly and their focus is high quality communication and support. They have been my go to store for my business since 2007

This store is bright, clean, well-organized and well-stocked. Sales associates are generally attentive and helpful. I have worked with an associate in this store whose name is Alison twice--once in the copy center and once in the other part of the store. She is so kind and helpful. For both visits I had complicated things to solve, and both times she patiently and kindly helped me and I walked out of the store with exactly what I needed. She knew the store well and helped me find what I needed, and helped me do what I need to do in a timely manner. I always feel better about the world each time I come in and work with Alison in this store because this young woman extends genuine kindness to me (and probably to others who come into the store too). I wish more stores encouraged kindness and helpfulness in their associates. This may seem insignificant, however a little bit of kindness goes a LONG way.

First and foremost, the store was well-organized, making it easy to find what I needed quickly. As a teacher, organization is key to my productivity, and Office Depot certainly understands that.

The staff at Office Depot are always friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to assist customers, and during my recent visit, they provided valuable insights into some new office products that I was not aware of. Their expertise is truly appreciated.

When the sales person could not locate the item that I was looking for. The manager came to my aid.. He searched the web until he found the item that I was looking for.. The manger was very helpful and knowledgeable of office merchandise.

Office Depot has consistently carried products I was looking for at a competitive price and with the help I have needed when I had a technical problem. Here real people with real names and faces helped me with my particular office needs.

Mindy in the print department at the Yakima, WA store provided exceptional customer service. I had to update a large order of continuing education manuals that needed to be printed. She expedited my order and provided me with a discount on top of a very tight window to complete my print job. I am incredibly thankful to her and her team for the service they provided in completing my order so quickly. The binders came out beautifully! The print department at Office Depot in Yakima is amazing. They always do an awesome job on my printing needs. They are fast and always get the job done right. I take all of my color printing and large jobs to them because I know they will do it right. They have also been real helpful when I have a special print job and need advice on what the best solution would be.

Their service is great, and I've always been treated as a valued customer. Very rarely have I been unable to find what I've needed in stock. I especially appreciate the check-out staff also checking on-line pricing, to be sure I get the best deal.

Went in to have a CD burned. They assured me they could do it so long as there were no pictures or movies just files which is what I needed. Staff was kind a courteous to me and the many customers that came in while I was being helped. They were able to burn the data for me successfully!

I went into the store to get some tri fold brochures copied. I was expecting it to take several days. I was stressed out that they weren't going to be ready when needed. Mindy got them done while I waited. It was suppose to be here day off but she was there and got it done on the spot. Great Customer Service.

A great place to go for self-serve printing. They sell single sheets of card stock paper in several colors, which is extremely efficient for my printing needs. The associates are always patient and helpful when I need assistance working the printer. I’ll be back!
