Spectrum Store

My visit to this store was very pleasant. The store itself was clean and set up nicely with good seating. I do suggest making reservations if you want to save time or avoid waiting. But waits are to be expected, as with most businesses, not a big deal. Mine wasn't bad for walking in. I had a great conversation and was then helped by Christian, who was very kind and professional. He got me squared away very quickly and made my entire process super easy! His customer service was top-notch.

The young gal working there late last night seemed to be having a rough evening but when it was my turn for help she was so pleasant, funny and very efficient. She had me set up for internet in 15 minutes! I wish I remembered her name...She was a prime example of a professional in customer service. I hope she's able to see this review!

A gentleman by the name of Jacob came to my apartment to fix my tv. He was the nicest person I have ever met. Thank u. Corinne

We had a short wait. They had a very comfortable couch to sit on in front of a big TV. Cecile was awesome! Great customer service. She was able to understand what we wanted & ordered it right away. 2 days later, the cable guy showed up & got us hooked up. So amazing in this day & age to have something go so seamlessly from start to finish. Great experience and very happy having fast internet

Very quick service by setting a reservation. Callie was so helpful, I hope I get to work with her again.

The store was busy, but the employees were working as quickly and efficiently as possible. Chris was very helpful and engaging. When he couldn't get through to the site survey team on the company phone, he used his personal phone to make sure I could get the service I needed. All in all, it was a very good first-time customer experience.

Great store. I wanted to work here and wa s not allowed to speak to management. They have no tools or care to help anybody in being verified for acp program. They turned me away. Seem not experienced at all in what they do.

David, definitely an asset to this company. This young man has went far and beyond his ordinary job duties while attending to our familys' needs. Walking in with 1 simple question, we left with home Internet plus 2 mobile phones with service. He was not pushy just very informative and trustworthy.

Walked in to get equipment---no waiting! In and out in 5 minutes! David made sure I had everything I needed. Installation was a breeze, and my internet is screamin' fast!

Taylor went above and beyond to help me with upgrading my phone. We found a way to get the phone that I wanted and I ended up saving a few dollars. She was professional, knowledgeable, patient, fun, and funny. She is definitely an asset to the company & Spectrum brand.
Spectrum home internet service is good, much better than it was. It Mobil service is good as well. Hopefully 5G will be available soon!

Christian was was AWESOME, excellent customer service!

Went in to exchange tv cable boxes. Only 2 ppl ahead of me 😃! Chris was very cheerful, courteous, and helpful. He quickly performed the exchange, and I was in and out in no more than 10 minutes.

The two young men who were working were totally awesome. Very helpful and patient and kind. One of the employees was named Chris. Some older guy came in there screaming and yelling at them to give him his phone and wouldnt even give them his name. Just yelled and screamed at these poor kids. They handled themselves calmly and professionally. They tried to help and eventually the man just stormed out yelling profanities at them and other customers. Those guys were so nice and calm and didnt deserve to be treated thay way by a customer so we bought them coffee. I hope it made their day better. They deserve a raise!
