What a great team. My core therapist Lacy and Rachelle are the best!!! I can't imagine where I would be without them...
I had 3 repairs on my left rotator cuff. They worked with me to get my mobility back. After 2 months (1 month from returning to work) I fell asleep while stretching my shoulder and woke in a fog not able to move my shoulder I wrenched it down.
BIG MISTAKE!! It was like starting over again. They worked with me to get back where I was (another 5 weeks).
They encouraged me when I was feeling like it would never get better and to keep going. I received different at home exercises to get through my challenges.
All I can say is I would encourage anyone to come here for any rehab and remember you have to do the work to make it work and without Lacy and Rachelle I would still be in pain with limited mobility.

Everyone on the team in Grants Pass is amazing. Paul has a brilliant gift of assessing issues and he and others were patient with guiding me through my journey. I saw so much improvement after several sessions and I will be back for the next steps to physical health and balance.

Lacy Dean was my physical therapist for almost 3 months this year. She treated me for sciatica and planters fasciitis. Lacy was extremely kind and easy to work with. She went above and beyond to help me with different exercises and stretches, and I now am back to almost full mobility and can live a normal life! I couldn’t have done it without Lacy, and I’m so grateful for her care!

I've been a patient for a number of years and recently underwent pre-surgery and now post surgical therapy for a complete knee replacement. I saw multiple PTs in this office and it was a great experience. They were very professional, courteous and took a vested interest in my rehabilitation. Eric Medley went above and beyond to find new exercises to keep me engaged and to continue to challenge me. They also set me up with the tools I needed to keep future injuries at bay. Rachelle is compassionate, knowledgeable and understanding, developing a comprehensive, achievable PT program for me. All this while providing the same care to multiple patients concurrently. She at least deserves chocolate 😊

I am really Thankful for all of the staff , from the front office people to the physical therapists . I was in a bad way coming into this place, and am leaving feeling so much better. They all worked with me and my physical problems and helped push me through to a healthy recovery . I highly recommend this Company and all the therapist they are Excellent at what they do . As a patient and as a referring Orthopedic provider for 20 years I can confirm that this is the best PT team in Southern Oregon.

The atmosphere is very welcoming, and I feel safe here as all safety guidelines are followed by everyone. I feel that the program we set up is addressing my concerns, and I have great confidence in all the people who work with me. The facility is very positive and uplifting, and I even like the music they have on their system. The place is very clean and inviting. I recommend Therapeutic Associates for anyone needing physical therapy.

My therapist has been working hard to figure out how to motivate me to do the exercises needed to improve my shoulder pain. Winter is a rough season for doing the needed exercises. I'll keep working with her until my shoulder issue is resolved.

From my first contact to make my appointment, I was pleased with the professional, welcoming staff and the knowledge and the questions they asked when I was checked in. The facility is clean and well-equipped.

At my initial consult appointment with Jennifer, I was impressed that she had read through my medical history and that she spent almost 2 hours with me. I have learned a lot in only two visits and like the whole-person approach that Jennifer strives to achieve with my particular problem Which she specializes in.

Truly one of the greatest med clinic of any med clinic of any kind. Everyone from the p.t.'s to the the admin/office staff are incredibly kind and helpful. My experience is with my teen and the p.t. Paul who is just incredible. Early do you get the perfect balance of "bedside manner" and great med services, he nails it! Lucky to end up here! Can't find one con about this place

My experience at Grants Pass Physical Therapy was very positive, so grateful to have found this office. I went in to address some chronic pain in the back of my leg that had been going on for a few years and Eric was able to get me pain free after 5 visits. It’s not magic, it takes work but I am very grateful to the patience and calm assurance of Dr. Medley. The staff are also very kind and covid protocols are being adhered to.

Very professional and caring therapists. A calm and relaxed atmosphere. I would definitely recommend.

They are courteous and knowledgeable. My only complaint was getting into to see them quickly, but that being said, they put me on a waiting list and sure enough got me in way sooner. Very good!!
