Potting Bench Florist & Gifts

I live in the southeast U.S. but my mom lives in Fairhaven, MA and I wanted to send her flowers for her birthday. Potting Bench Florist had a nice selection on their website and arranged a beautiful bouquet! They weren't able to deliver because my mom was away from home, but she was able to stop by and pick them up easily. I was really happy with the flowers and, more importantly, so was my mom!

I have purchased 3 arrangements from them in the past 2 years and they have always come out beautifully and the flowers last forever! This last arrangement I purchased was hand delivered to the recipient after shop hours by Danielle. Her customer service and dedication to get my gift to the person was so thoughtful and kind! It’s people like her that go the step above that make supporting small local that much more wonderful of an experience!

Called day of, day after Thanksgiving, because that's when her birthday is. An actual human answered the phone (!!!). Friendly. They walked me through everything, made it incredibly easy. They didn't even judge my very corny message. She loved them.

Customer service is above and beyond. The Flowers arrangements are always so beautiful. I live in upstate NY but i am from the area and call on them for all my floral needs. I never worry with my online orders they always deliver the best quality. I would highly recommend!

This place did a great job. They didn't have the vase in stock I ordered online called me right away. I told them to pick the best one that it was for my mother's birthday. They didn't even better then the one I picked. 100% happy. I live out of state and wanted to find a local place. Will be using again

A close friend and co workers mom passed away this week, I wanted to send something very special to the funeral parlor and I called the potting bench. They put together the most gorgeous garden basket I’ve ever seen! I spent $120 but it would have been $200 anywhere else! I would recommend them to anyone! They go over and above expectation!

I called just about as the shop was closing with an order for the next morning. I have to say my Mother was pleasantly surprised with the beautiful arrangement first thing the next day. I did stress Mom was recovering from Covid and needed rehab for a week or two and needed something to make her smile. Thank you for making Mom smile and fill her room with so much beauty. ❤❤❤

I love it here! The wonderful girl made a very beautiful bouquet for my sons girlfriend for her dance recital. It was reasonable and fast. I would recommend this place to everyone! She made a lot of people happy with her talent.
