Channel Club

Food was pretty good, the service and views are where it's at. Recommend making reservations, we got lucky and caught them on a day they weren't busy.

It was the first time I had ever had White Salmon, and it was delicious. Simply grilled, served with sticky rice and lemon sauce, it was absolutely delightful. The Channel Club has so much character and is such an inviting place. The owners and the chef provided us with the history of the club, fishing in Sitka, and an impromptu lesson on different types of salmon and how to tell if the fish is fresh and ready for preparation. We loved it. Thank you for creating such a wonderful memory for us.

It was a place scheduled within our tour with royal Caribbean cruise .
I tried both white salmon and red salmon which was perfect.
The staff were lovely and the view was great.
It’s a must visit restaurant.

We stayed in Sitka for five nights and ate out every night. Hands down the Channel Club restaurant was the best. I had the best salmon dinner I’ve ever had in my life and I eat a lot of salmon. The desert was to die for and our server was a delight. Everything is top notch, and well worth every penny. I wish we were staying longer just so I could go back there and have another meal. Some other restaurants were recommended, but none of them came close in comparison even long-standing”fine” restaurants. don’t mess this restaurant. I think the new owner should write a cookbook with the chef.

We had lunch here as part of one of our excursions from the Crown Princess and the food was amazing. They served salmon over rice with a delicious light sauce, and it was outstanding. Service was great too. We highly recommend this restaurant.

The food and atmosphere is amazing. Some tables have a good view of the water. You may initially balk at the pricing but it's well within norms for the local area and worth the cost. It's quite nice inside and the wait staff are well dressed, but there is no dress code for guests so it's ok if you forgot your tie at home. The Chef is creative in a good way. I had the White King Salmon and my date had the Halibut Risotto. Both were top-notch. I've heard second hand that the Prime Rib is also amazing, so you really can't go wrong here.

Had dinner with my family, the food was delightful. I ordered the Halibut Olympia, there was an explosion of favors happening. The Atmosphere was quite and elegant. The service was impeccable. I highly recommend Channel Club to anyone visiting Sitka.

The Channel Club, is the premier upscale restaurant in Sitka, ( my opinion) and not to dis or put down any of the other restaurants here. The service is impeccable, the food magnificent ( get the halibut) and all the other dishes we ordered great. The folks in our party that ordered drinks also raved about the quality and taste. The atmosphere very casual, but I would recommend...now its pricey...but considering..it is well worth the cost.

Stopped here for lunch which was included with the tour we were on. They served white king salmon and it was excellent. I didn't know there was such a thing.

The restaurant offers ample space and is run by an engaging and lively owner and chef. The food is of high quality and beautifully presented. The service is prompt and efficient, and the restaurant boasts stunning views of the water and its surroundings.

Blanco is hands down one of the best executive chefs in Sitka.
The owner Ken is wonderful person with just great energy around him and his fine establishment. I'll look forward to eating here every visit to the beautiful Sitka, Alaska

Ocean views and good food in this restaurant. The prime rib and the rib eye were delicious. The special was the white salmon, which was also good. This is a pricey restaurant but it's really not that bad compared considering the quality of food you get versus some other places in town.

Halibut Olympia is perfect here. Raspberry cheesecake was delectable. I do wish the wine list was a bit more robust but for a small town in AK, a couple reds and a couple whites ain't bad :)

An amazing place to go over the weekend for prime rib. They have huge servings, so tread carefully when ordering the 16oz.

Beautiful restaurant and lovely views. Delicious grilled white King salmon on rice served as part of our tour. You gotta love to eat fish. Tour talk was a bit lengthy though.

Everything was awesome, beautiful view! Fantastic burger n fries. Our waitperson was spot-on. Lots of parking available.

Best most consistent food on the island. The jalapeño cucumber margarita is excellent.

Amazing steaks and service. Each one of our meals were perfection. I had the prime rib encrusted with sea salt and rosemary, so tender. This place is a must while in Sitka.
