Elevation Burger

First time here at this boutique burger place that also offers juicy chicken and plant-based impossible burger options. And what delicious, delicate fries, prepared in olive oil! Easy to get to, easy parking, ground floor access, nice variety, friendly co-owners, and gooood food! Sustainable and organic, meat ground on the premises. Shakes, too! Stop in and give them a try!

The food was delicious! It was all made right after we ordered and had a nice portion of fries. The staff was very friendly and helped explain the menu. There's the option to build your own burger or get a signature one. The place itself was very clean and had a nice atmosphere! Definitely recommend checking it out!

Really good food. Burger was excellent. Bacon cooked perfectly.

Seems like it is staffed only by the owners and maybe they are struggling. Soda fountain only had 3 options in an 8 option machine. Bathrooms (which were extremely clean) were out of paper towels.

Service was excellent. Very helpful and they brought our food to our table.

Clean restaurant, good food, I hope business picks up for them.

Firstly - the best customer service we've ever had at a fast food joint. We've been here 3 times in 3 weeks and they're always happy to see us and very attentive. Seating and bathrooms are very clean.
Secondly - THE BEST BURGER EVER!!! Five Guys, what's that?? These burgers are juicy, tender, flavorful and the toppings are fresh. We can't get enough!

I found my new favorite burger joint. The location was very clean the staff very friendly and i really like the layout of this place. I don't know if all Elevation burger locations are designed the same but i certainly hope so. The food was great and the fries blow away there closest competitors nice and crispy.

I found myself in the area and starving.
I happened upon this place and almost did not stop but I am so happy I did. I got the special G.o.a.t burger and the olive oil fries.
The fries were real potatoes and made to order and the burger was really the best burger I ever had. The price is worth the quality taste and a good portion.

Finally a place that has 3 burgers for vegan/vegetarian and handcrafted organic beef burgers for others. The fries made in olive oil are yummy. Portions are ample. Have indoor and outside seating.

Food is awesome, definetly recommend!! This location is inside the Sunoco building not the overly fancy Maryland House building, (little sarcasm on these huge beautiful rest area buildings, seems the tolls they collect must be way more than needed).
I've stopped here a few times since I discovered this little gem to eat at. Different people each time but always fresh food, crisp veggies, hot fries, all prepared fresh after you order within plain site of the customer. Sure it takes a few to cook real beef fresh after you order but so what. I've waited longer and gotten cold food at every fast food chain out there. They also have several vegetarian options if you're into that kind of thing.
Freshly cooked, real beef, prepared and served with a smile for a price at or below those 'Big/Whopping' places is a win in my book! I'd have taken a pic but half of it was gone before I'd thought about writing a review. Maybe I'll be able to control my burger craving long enough to snap a pic next time, we'll see.

Very tasty food their elevation sauce is amazing can't figure out what it is or what it's made of. Friendly staff and refreshing Milk Shakes.

Sandwiches are fresh, oh so delicious, organic, and made with care when you order. I have tried something different each time I have been there so far. I think I've just about made it through the menu. I have enjoyed all the unique buger specials that have been available over the last year. Most of all I like the fact that you can find out right where the meat came from. Live a little, try something new and it may be delicious.

I don't get here very often because of not living close by, but my experiences have always been good. Stopped in today and everything was great. I wish there were more locations around, it's like a five guys but with better quality ingredients. It's nice that they also have gf and vegan options here. They even offer vegan milkshakes now. I also appreciated the staff still wearing masks.

Delicious food and very friendly service. I highly recommend the bbq bacon hotdog. Also, the fries are AMAZING!

Soon as I heard of this place I wanted to drop by for lunch. WOW! Great place with friendly people. Burger choices for a vegetarian like me. Wow! Wish there was a place like this where I live
in Richmond. Choice of Impossible burger, veggie burger, and vegan burger. My wife chose the veggie burger and I got an impossible burger. Delicious Elevation fries, soft drink, and chocolate milkshake. GREAT place. 5 Stars and all!

Wow, the food was amazing and fresh, but what was more amazing, was the way my son, husband, and I were treated. I believe the owner or manager took care of us, and he was so pleasant and warming . Thank you for creating a welcoming environment -It was my pleasure visiting!!!

We go there often. The food is good,the menu is good for all types of preferences. Gary & Sue are top notched hosts
